Lucky House — Restaurant in New York

They got my order wrong, which i wasnt upset about, but due to this they rushed to get me my correct order quickly. When I ate the food the chicken was oddly really soft, like in a way where something seemed wrong with it, but I chucked it up to be how it was cooked. For 24 hours now I've felt sick with gastroenteritis. The only odd food i ate that day was that, I was the only one in my family to have their food that day and i am the only who is experiencing these symptoms, so I am positive that it was due to their food. I see a lot of people giving good reviews but I've seen their cleanliness before and after covid and its still not up to par, this is the last straw. This is the second time I've gotten sick from eating their chicken. I will never purchase food...

Sometime in December 2017: Don't let the picture fool you. New restaurant, very clean inside and out. Excellent service, friendly staff, order was perfect, provided enough sauces, food was fresh, made to order and delicious. This is my new Chinese food restaurant.

Months later May 2018: Same service and same great food. Even better food during the time. I have made this my regular take out order place and they know where to deliver automatically 😀😀 friendly staff especially the lady that answers the phone and is at the front desk. The food always tastes good and fresh. The customer service is excellent. I’ve been ordering from them for almost 6 years now and never had an issue with them.
