I want to leave this review because this was my first visit to this clinic and honestly, I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The place is clean, and the staff is attentive, especially Paula. Paula helped me, she's the Medical Assistant, and she truly made my experience beautiful. She provided me with the information I needed, and when she took my blood pressure, I felt very calm. She was very kind, and the service was excellent. From the beginning, from the receptionist Gabriel, who was very attentive, very friendly, and informative, to Dra Cruz, who was wonderful. She was very kind, listened to me, attended to me, and assisted me very well. I loved the place, it's very clean and the staff is very friendly. Dr Rosmery Simo is very knowledgeable and personable. I felt comfortable and she really addressed all my concerns and even pinpointed other preventative care issues I might not have thought about. The support staff are highly professional and very welcoming , courteous and skilled. The only issue is the lack of privacy while getting vitals done. There is a very thin curtain separating 2 patient’s at the same time where you can hear all the questions they are asking the other patient, so therefore I am sure they can hear you. Many personal questions are being asked at this time and you are reluctant to answer because of this privacy issue. As by far, one of the most ATTENTIVE, NEAT environment I have visit in the heart of Bronx. I must say from walking in to being seen by the amazing male Doctor, it was pleasant and satisfying. They were very observant to my medical need especially when it came to my 5 years old child. At times, kids can be frightened when visiting the doctors yet this time felt so different, my child felt safe and prioritize; as every medical need is important. I'm glad the all the receptionists were patient and caring even when my daughter kept screaming, the staffs unity was very visible making it a easier process for my child and I as a patient. I definitely will be coming here for any medical needs....
