Had the most unacceptable experience ever. I was sooo unhappy with the way things went .. Here’s my experience Wednesday evening i went in to buy a few things and when i got home noticed one of my items was expiring the following month, i had by accident threw away my receipt .. i looked for it everywhere but some way somehow i def lost it. but i’m thinking to myself i bought it with my debit card they can look my transaction or even this my neighborhod supermarket they see me around i come in with my daughter all the time. anyways after work i return to the supermarket with my item and i asked to make an exchange since the product was expiring very soon and was the same exact item. the manager right way turned me down. told me that he couldn’t do it and that he wouldn’t exchange my product without the receipt. I am so over this supermarket. The managers never listen nor understand what the client is saying. The circular and signs in the isle never match and instead of listening to the clients they wanna argue with you. Especially the black manager with a heavy accident. I am pregnant and yet all he does is argue with me when i am trying to explain something to him. He has no customer service experience. He is rude. He has a very nasty attitude. This supermarket. They have items on sale that aren’t in stock and “dont give rain checks” I haven’t verified this yet but a new cashier told me this. Could be untrue. Their deli slices unmarked meats and cheeses. I asked for Boars Head cheese and it was not boars head. I specifically ask for whole milk cheese and not 2% milk and can taste the difference immediately. STAY AWAY FROM THE DELI AT KEYFOOD!
