Manna Hot Bagel — Restaurant in New York

Let me start out with saying, these people will ROB YOU Blind, if you don't check your receipt. I ordered a grill ceasar chicken wrap, a double cheese burger deluxe, & two sodas. I paid $32 for that! I ordered delivery through the store, & they added $1 - $1.50 to EACH item. And they DON'T MENTION THAT.. AT ALL!!! Them I gave him a $4.00 tip.. It was an Asian man & women, who delivered my food, & I had to come downstairs for my order, where Uber eats, Grubhub, etc. come up to my apartment. I live in a gated community. It looked like this was the owners delivering, & not delivery guys, that they hired. I had no ceasar dressing on my wrap. And I ordered a double cheeseburger, & got a single!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! I’ve given this place more chances than I should have, and they continue to disappoint. The staff clearly doesn’t pay attention to order details, no matter how specific you are. I’ve had multiple orders messed up—simple things like a bagel, and they still can’t get it right. Worse, I’ve had to go to the store in person just to fix mistakes they should’ve taken responsibility for. THIS IS LONG BUT A MUST READ!!!! I went there this morning ordered: 1 egg bagel 1 everything bagel $1.50 each cooked plainton $4. and change 2 little packs of cookies .99 cents each paid $13.00. Reach home he forgot my everything bagel. So I decided to call guy answered the phone 1st time and hung up on me after saying hello 2nd time I called back to try and tell him he forgot something in my order he said not in bag no charge but you charge me $13 dollars.
