My Family Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in New York

If I could give less, I would. Went in one day just to grab a slice even though their pizza is always disappointing. I walked up to the counter and waited for one of the three boys behind it to take my order. Though I noticed all three of them noticing me, they did not even acknowledge my presence. After 5 minutes of them talking together and fiddling with thighs, I left. I'd advise any POC to never ever give these people your money again....

Their good is pretty good. They make decent soups and their garlic bun sandwich is good. HOWEVER, the wait time between ordering your food and the actual time its delivered is horrible. I don't think I'll be ordering from there anymore. If I call and order something at about 8:20pm why is it 11pm and I still haven't recieved my order. I have to get up for work in the morning and more than likely won't even eat my food when it comes...

W.O.R.S.T. EVER. They have been my worst experience. I placed an order at 7.13 pm, for which I was told that it will be delivered by 8.26 PM. When I called at 8.30 pm, I was told that we are very far so they could not deliver. I had guests at home and we all had this bitter experience.
