WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMER

We all know generally how Mcdonald's food taste and it's good and if you are very hungry it taste very good. I have been coming to this particular Mcdonald's for over 15 years and I 've seen it transform from OK to really great. This Mcdonald is a really nice place to visit especially with your kids or grandkids. The playground is a great open area and is huge, the kids really enjoy themselves there. the place is clean and the staff are decent. This is a really nice Mcdonalds. I also wanted to add that this particular location doesn't offer coffee discount for senior citizens. Also, this location doesn't have sugar free syrup for pancakes. I asked the store manager about the sugar free syrup and the response was," in all the years I've worked here no customer has ever asked for sugar free syrup" I was taken back by that response because the Bronx has the highest rate of diabetes among the five boroughs, with 16% of adults diagnosed with the disease. These are statistical facts and that may be higher today. This franchise Should consider the senior discounts and diabetes friendly approach. Just my opinion. Otherwise, this Mcdonald's location is very welcoming and a great eat in fast...

Check you’re order before leaving this McDonald’s. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe. What I got was a regular Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Missing all the ingredients. No tomatoes, no mayonnaise, and no lettuce. The Deluxe cost more than the regular Quarter Pounder. And I overheard one of the managers asking the woman who made my sandwich before I got my order. “Does it have mayonnaise, tomatoes, and everything on it?” The woman said yes. Obviously lying. There was only three costumers here. So she didn’t get confused making it. Why lie to you’re manager?There’s always some bull going on at this location. I don’t leave near this location. I’ll now check my order before leaving.

—Old review from a year ago— They don’t close at 11:30pm. They either close at 10:30pm or 11pm. At the door they have closing at 11pm. But I’ve came earlier than 10:30pm and still be closed. They should have the correct time posted...
