My son is super picky but he loves McDonald’s fries so decided to take him for a walk to McDonald’s on my day off. It’s 3 pm on a Sunday and all the doors were locked. However I see cars being served through the drive through as well as patrons inside dining. I went from one door to another. A patron tried to open the side door for me but didn’t know how to unlock it. At first I thought this was a worker who didn’t want to let me in. But once I got inside I realized how bad things were being ran. I had to actually stand by the main door and a customer let me and a few others in. This went on for a while. Potential customers would arrive and be locked out. And it was up to a fellow customer to be kind enough to walk over to the door to let them in. I let several people in because this is ridiculous. If someone hadn’t opened the door for me I would’ve had to travel to the another McDonald’s because my son loves it and that’s how I wanted to treat him today. So yeah, I’m letting people inside. Y’all are opened for business and people came out their way to get to this restaurant that should’ve been opened. One of the workers even made a face when I let someone inside. I’d understand a little more if the dining room was closed and they didn’t want customers eating inside. However people were eating inside so how and why are the doors locked. Also there was no signage up explaining why the doors are locked. It would be more understandable if I arrived there and a sign read “sorry for the inconvenience but we are only able to accept drive thru orders at the moment”. But no. No signs. Just locked doors in the middle of business hours. I even caught a kitchen employee coming out the back door and asked if they were closed. He said no and he didn’t know why or that the doors were locked. Even encouraged me to try the door I just tried again. Another thing is that they were still open on their app. Any other time I would’ve ordered ahead. Had I done that, I would’ve been even more upset to arrive and find the doors locked after I just spent $20. This is absolutely unacceptable and will probably be my last time...
Read moreSo the BTS happy meal toys came out this week and I wanted to buy two for my daughter. She said she didn’t want the food just the toy so I was ok. So I walk up to cashier Christopher and asked him for only the toy. He told me I must buy the food so I agreed, but before I do I wanted the manager Jamie to confirm if that was true. She politely told me yes you must buy the meal and I agreed. I told Christopher that I would buy the happy meal but I just want the toy. He can trash the food or give it to someone. He caught an attitude and yelled “ Ms you need to buy the meal”!!! I explained to him as slowly as I could that I am going to buy the meal but just trash the food. Instead of just saying ok and keep quiet he continued and said “ to honest I don’t care what you do with it”. I just told him “ sir as someone who was on the other side of customer service there are curtain words you shouldn’t say to customers that can get you in trouble ”. He continued and said “ I do what I want when I want” as if his parents owned this McDonald’s. I just said can you get your manager again. I had my credit card out but i decided to change my mind due to his attitude but because I was near the sensor he proceeded to check me out for two happy meals before I can talk to the manager. I noticed nobody was behind me and a receipt came out and I told him I didn’t pay for anything yet and he held the receipt. I grabbed the second receipt and realized my credit card was charged. Mind you this was before the manager came back for the second time. The manager Jamie came back and I told her I would like a refund because of his attitude. She refunded me and while she’s doing it Christopher is engaging a conversation about me to the non uniform wearing security guard in the store about me in front of me . Jamie didn’t tell Christopher to go in the back while she handle the situation he just really thought he can say whatever. The child clearly has no manners or education. Hey Chris stay in school and better yourself because if you don’t you’re just going end up staying a miserable person with a...
Read moreBeen sitting next to this table since 12:40PM and it is now 1:23pm about to be almost an hour and no one has come to clean it down. How in the world you are going to wait for your food to be brought to you if tables are dirty?.. In the other hand, the ladies working here have a very nasty attitude for the customers like if customers are asking for food, we are actually paying money for our ask it is not free so we should be treated like customers. I did my order trough the quick order terminal and mynfood never came to my table and when I finally decide to go and ask I patiently waited to be acknowledge and guess what... the supervisor Gina was standing right in front of me and did not ecen bother to say "How can I help you" because at that point her conversation with her peers was more important at that point... I had to wait till she wanted and she never did approach to me so I had to ask for my sandwich. That is horrible customer service... McDinalds is now getting very fancy with there change of apperance and taking food to customers tables so now we have to train our employees on how to treat our customers better... Remember facial expressions and gestures count alot when you approach to someone.
It is just not nice to be treated like you are getting free food when in reality you are paying for it, and not even wgen its free you should be treated the way they do in this place... Gina is a supervisor so she is suppose to be more pleasant ans attentive to customers.
One star just because I ate my food and my son as well but experience...
