Palladia, Inc - Starhill — Local services in New York

We have a relative here, He's been coming home to visit very often, the problem is that he does drugs when comes to visit. His attitud continous to be careless and among the stories he tells us, which seems to be a joke for him: They're allowed to step out to a park near by where they smoke weed and other drugs are interchanged and recieved by unknown providers. The most shocking story we've heard from him, was that he is havng sex with a worker from this facilcity and that's how hes being getting permitions to come home as often as he likes. This place is totally corrupted and who ever works here, is just there for the pay check but no commitment to the pourpose of the institution. I tried contacting the person in charge, spoke twice to a such Mr. Paterson who did not seem to care of the sitiuation. Then, researched for the admistration office in New York City and located the CEO, who refused to return my calls. Also, located at these offices; the Spoke person, spoke to his assistant twice but never returned my calls. I asked them if they were aware of the negative reviews and apparently they're not and they don't seem to care. My next step, is to go to the Health Department to be adviced on how to file a complain in the City for a respective authority to develope an investigation bc it seems to me that most people working for these intitutions are stealing their salaries and sucking the system dry. This is my commitment and I wont rest until I get these group of unsensible and corrupted, disgusting...

I was here back 1998 for 1 yr...I did my treatment with no problem besides 2 contracts I had to do,otherwise the staff was caring back in those days,and pushed you hard to get your life together...I thank this place and my higher power for giving me another chance in life,its going on 20 yrs june,2nd and I still take it one day at a time...my favorite counselors were Silvia Minor,james ramey may he r.i.p and Richard Washington and of course Lorraine ohare,may she also r.i.p.....these people pushed me to do what I needed to do to get my life back and I thank you for that....I never forget where I came from,one day at a time I...

The staff is beautiful. Lol This place has really changed my life for the better. It is considered a self help program so you get what you put in. The staff is really helpful and give you all the tools you need to succeed. I changed my life Im sober, and in job training on my way to a healthy lifestyle and I owe it to this program. My family would agree that because of this facility I am a new person with great plans...
