@Angel Baez, they're not waitresses love! The decor is very nice, music at these places for some reason is very loud and the "waitresses" there offer a different kind of service if you get my drift. It's not unlikely with the amount of hookah lounges and sports bars popping up all over the Bronx. They sell drinks, they have music and you pay to play with the "waitresses" if you have the right amount of money. Seems super profitable so it's not farfetched to find several on a single block. If you're not digging that one there's another three doors down with the same theme.
