McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

One of the worst McDonald’s ! The customer service is so horrible, they are so rude both times I’ve come to this place they need to train their employees on how to interact with customers Also the food is very bad they usually give it cold and always something is missing or wrong!!

First time there was a Hispanic girl employee talking on her phone while taking my order and didn’t say a word to me until I got my order and there were no sauces in the bag (they came with the order) I let her know and she tried to argue w me over sauces !! I told her I got none can I just get the items I ordered and she tried hard to go back and fourth with me until a black guy just handed them to me and told her to stop and she then said “you want more? You want more?” In a very aggressive tone (mind you I would have paid if need be but they came with the order ) but I just looked at her and left because I was utterly in shock that she was so hostile while working and over sauces when I was completely respectful to her even though she didn’t deserve for me to be that kind to her I was just in shock her attitude was completely unprovoked. Second time a month later today I figured I could go and it wouldn’t be the same experience and it’s the morning time so maybe it’ll be okay, I was completely wrong once again not a single word was said to me when I came up to the counter; there was two employees chatting it up and giggling it was a short chubby light skin girl who had crooked teeth and a chubby Hispanic male with braids and I placed an online order it was taking awhile so I simply let them know and the chubby Hispanic male with 5 braids coming out of his head rudely said it’s not ready very rude very offended that I was even addressing him is what it felt like so it’s like you’re not even aloud to speak to these...

The hole place is a mess and the people that works there is really really rude and disrespectful they cruse people out they don't respect the costumer's they call LGBT people out of their names and they even tried to get out of line with me about what my order was and then when I asked for a full refund they refused to give me all of my money back and I told the manager that I didn't want the order anymore and she didn't care that I wanted me refund she said to me that she's not going to give my money back and she tried to over talk me and I said to her that I will make sure that this place get reported and that's exactly what I'm doing and also they would always try to charge u twice for one item they have done it...

For places like this I stop going to McDonald's and changed to Chipotle for my everyday meals. I get well fed there with the $7 menu there instead of being ripped off here by McCrap.

This location is fake 24hs. I usually rely on McDonald's if I need to eat at weird hours, but sadly I have this fake location near my new house. Which isn't 24hs, but fake 24hs.

In the same manner their quality standards are low. Tables are often closed a people can't eat there. And the place often smells like piss.

Again, locations like this ones are the ones which destroyed my relationship with the brand, and now I happily go to Chipotle or others. Even if being...
