McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I give this McDonald's 1 * because I had too in order to comment my post this McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I ever visited.. seriously the night time staff is not organized. First of all their was not paper receipt on the oder screen and it wasnt marked not in stock like it sopose to... 2nd they had no sock of items I purchased on the ordering screen machine (mind u the machine was put there to make ordering easy for customers and to avoid waiting for ever for your order on their line) in this McDonald's it's not used for its real cause... instead when I already paid with a debit card they had called my number 3 seconds after I already completed my oder and me they did not have two items I wanted... I got very upset because how can i get my refund of $15.00 asap ... i cant due to it being a debit card.. I suggest if you're going to go to his McDonald's you would order when you have money on him because they are responsible to put out of stock items in there ready to order machines then when I got my order other than I have requested I have to choose other items I really didn't want when everything was ready to go the restroom needed to be used and they actually wanted me to wait for one of their staff to open the door how do you have your customer as far as $15 in your McDonald's have to wait to use the restroom due to lack of organization in your stuff they said there was no staff to go out to open the bathroom why would you lock the bathroom then I don't understand this McDonald's get no stars if it was to be for me but I had no other choice but to put one star to comment my feedback this manager is going to receive a phone call from me and it's not going to be a happy one the nighttime staff suck and I will never ever buy from this McDonald's again I would rather go and travel to another McDonald's before buying from this McDonald's again then I had to wait to use the filthy bathroom ... I just called the manager and he said he is dealing with this night time staff in regards to an other incident that had occurred the same night at a later time hopefully he would deal with God professional staff he has working for his company because there's not giving him give use as a manager...

I'm a huge fan of McDonald's. I've eaten at a lot of locations. This location is pretty darn pathetic. I typically don't write bad reviews, but I've given this place so many chances. I've gotten disappointed the more I went.

They always seem to get my orders wrong, they are just shooting the sh$ts with each other and not really paying attention to the customers and they make you feel like you are bothering them.

One time I paid for a packet of mayonnaise. I wanted it for another time. The MOD didn't give the packet. Instead, they just squirted some sauce next to my sandwich. I paid for the product. What nonsense.

I don't know if this place is a franchise or a corporate, but wow. There is a guy who typically works in the morning. I believe he is Hispanic because I heard him speak Spanish. He has braided hair.

There is also a MOD at night. He is Hispanic and has short hair. Another terrible MOD.

There is a black gril who works in the afternoon. Not sure what her position is but she doesn't wear the same uniform as the other team members and she expedites the food. Not good.

One good thing about this location is a guy that works in the morning. He is white and usually at the cash register. He also helps people get their order. Phenomenal person. Every time I went in, he was always helping customers and answering their questions.

If I could give negative stars I would... Hands down the worst McDonald's visit ever... The staff doesn't care about the customers or the gross, cold food they hand out. 20+ dollars spent and the only thing that was correct were the drinks. The night time manager was too busy listening to his headphones to be of any help, and when he wasn't, he was laughing and joking with everyone... No leadership, at all... I ordered the SCR mushroom and swiss medium fries and Sprite, with a side of pickles (I was charged for 3 cookies). My boyfriend ordered medium fries, large fanta, and 2 apple pies. We got "warm" fries, cold burgers, and harsh looks when I asked for fresh fries with salt as the last ones had none. This location is run and operated predominantly by people of Latin descent... I have absolutely no problem with that... My issue is that when I decided to just get a refund, the crew immediately started bashing me in Spanish having no idea that I understood EVERY word... When the night manager realized that my boyfriend (who is Dominican ) was with me, he then tried to hush the crew. Yet they continued on, and I let them... 15/hr minimum wage. And folks still won't do their jobs properly. I'm a chef by trade... my opinion, ...
