SI FISH & MORE INC — Restaurant in New York

I'm a disabled woman who went with her aide to this location on April 11, 2019. After looking at their menu I decided I wanted the fish and shrimp combo. I asked the young lady what type of fish they have she told me whiting, salmon and talipia. I told her I would take the talipia and since the menu said it come with two fish I asked how many shrimp. I asked bc this wasn't stated on the menu and she said 8. So I placed the order after waiting about 15 to 20 mins I got my order and left. When I got in the car I untied the bag and looked in to see they gave me the wrong fish. I called told them what happened and that i was heading back the store. Frustrated I asked for my money back bc I didn't want to wait another long amount of time for the right order. Instead they tell me they have a policy of no refunds and I wasn't going to get my money back. Now in the end after me calling the police they gave my aide $16 that was suppose to be a refund of some of my money back but I check my bank account today I see they charged my account $23.35. so I see now they only gave my aide that money to get rid of me bc they knew they was going to charge my card. They are thieves and horrible people for doing this. I didn't take any food from them or anything but you going to charge me after getting your food back untouched bc since it had a clear top I didn't have to open it to see my order was wrong. Give my aide less than the amount I paid as a so called refund but...

I’ve passed this place many times, this was first time going in. I ordered 10 pc fried shrimp w/ fries. Food temperature was hot and shrimp were well-seasoned. Fries were unfortunately very basic and had no salt (no salt or pepper packets were put in my bag). I had to reduce rating because condiments were really lacking and impacted my meal. I wasn’t expecting to only get 2 small tartar sauce packets (for TEN shrimp! One packet, if s t r e t c h e d is good for 3 pcs MAX). In fact, I’m used to seafood/fish spots having the big bottles of tartar/ketchup/hot sauce on the counter. I only got 2 small ketchup packets as well, which wasn’t enough to cover even half my fries. I winded up having to use the 2 small hot sauce packets as well, but for the most part I had to eat a good amount of bland somewhat dry fries. The decor & interior is quite cool: R&B music videos on large TV, and FREE Ms. PAC Man video game! Overall, this place, based on my first visit, is decent to good (depending on your order) and there’s room for improvement—starting with the condiments—I don’t know why I got only 2 of everything (except for napkins, only got one of those); maybe I should play numbers, 2-2-2. A little fun fact when this business was at the previous location everything was going great I love the food the flavor and all of that before they relocated the fishes which were real whiting that they were selling started to have like a rotten smell to after you’ve ordered and it was fried. one day I ordered I believe jerk chicken and the chicken were so huge I got afraid that they were injected and I told myself I will never eat from here ever again I even made a Facebook post about it. fast forward a year or so later they relocated to a new location beautiful ambience the owner is amazing however I am so worried about the quality of food he choose to serve us the consumers I know for a fact this is not 100% genuine natural chicken The chicken is so huge it fits in my hand now I know it’s no chicken in the world that big without being injected I had to take the chicken apart and give it to my dogs which is why it’s like this in the picture the breast and the drumstick filled the entire tray I am worry about what this business is having us put in our body for a hefty price tag not to put the business down but the owner has to do better and put his consumers health first or just go about things the...
