Benvenuto Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Gotta be honest. First time I ordered from this spot food was on point I got the family plan number 2, 3 past la options large soda, garlic knots and it even came with garlic bread.

The 2nd time however I ordered the same setup with an extra or of cheese ravioli through Uber eats. It was supposed to receive my food @ 9:45 but it came a lil early when I got my food it was a pepperoni wrap,calzone a conole and a buffalo chicken slice. I called and I tried to fix the situation saying is there a way some one else can deliver what I ordered and take back this food. Dude pretty much said get your money back and throw out what came.

My wife decided to reorder the food bc she enjoyed it the first time.. she placed her order and when it got here I kid you not there was almost nothing in the trays with a note on the bag saying there's was nothing wrong with your order no garlic bread and garlic knots that looked like marbles and a warm...

I ordered a Pierre jose with crispy chicken. Then sent my order with grilled chicken then I called them back to let them know my order was wrong. They told me they would come and exchange my order. They never came, and hour later I got a phone from someone who i thought was the manager telling next i call would give a free small pie. Needless to say I am still waiting for my small. The guy is never in when I call. Place is a rip off. They also make you pay $1 per condiment. Crushed peppers. Oregano,Garlic powder. Then they never deliver them. But you were still charged. They always tell...
