I must share my experience while I was calling to place an order. I ran through the menu online to c what I wish to order according to the individual whom answered the call. He did not honor the online menu price. For my understanding they have different prices as how u order your selection. If u call in it’s one price. If u walk in it’s another price. Plus a delivery fee for the driver. So it is no longer required to tip the driver while it’s included in the price. For example $11.25 might be honor in the store. I ordered orange chicken and French fries yesterday. It was good initially I didn’t think anything of it when I ate it. A few hours after having my meal I never felt more sick in my life. My stomach was in so much pain. I don’t know if it was the sauce they used or the chicken was old but that was really excruciating pain. I’ve ordered from here a few times with no issues. They brought me the wrong order, I called back to let them know that I didn’t receive what I had ordered. The worker said that the manager was on the phone and that she would call back.
