Mr. Subb - Hoosick St. — Restaurant in New York

On this date, May 17th, 2025 5:00 p.m. I made a visit to hoosick Street Mr. Subs in Troy, New York. There was a customer before me the over medicated employee who is also overly hairy to be serving food on the face and head without gloves mess up the order twice that the lady was ordering. She simply said place mail on the side on both sandwiches. He put mail on both sandwiches instead of on the side. The red-headed cock-eyed female pay. No attention to gas, just as well as the hair overly hairy mail. After the woman order was done, she was almost overcharged for two subs but it was corrected. Then after waiting for 15 minutes with both employees messing up one order for two sandwiches, they totally ignored my presence and had I not said anything they were not going to acknowledge my presence. Their professionalism and personalities suck. Whoever runs this place need to get these employees in check, get rid of them or shut it down. This is...

Well, never again Hoosick St. Mr. Subb. I have never had a problem with the Mr Subbs in North Troy, Latham Farms, or Guideboard Road in Halfmoon, but this one (on Hoosick) takes the cake.

I ordered 2 Cheddar Nebas and a nugget (and drink). The Nebas weren't 'squeezed' of water properly, the sandwiches tasted very soggy. I ate the one as I hadn't eaten all day, but after 3 bites of the second one, I threw it away ($7.09 down the drain). The nuggets were cold and hard, not a soft one in the bunch, and when I asked for Russian on the side to dip the nuggets in she stated that I would have to pay for that. (NOTE: The other 3 "Good" Mr. Subbs have never charged me for Russian Dressing).

I went in with low expectations and was still disappointed.

I ordered a few meals (option of tater tots, chips or a cookie) and was handed a cup of tater tots while I was looking at the cookies. I just went with it, partially because the cookies didn't look appetizing anyway, but that shows the employees were either poorly trained or didn't care.

Subs took forever. Took my order and hit the road to find my order prepared incorrectly (didn't have all the ingredients I asked for, and I asked for the cheese to be included on the side so I could give it to my dog - there was no cheese to be found). Also, major pet peeve - the "chicken" they use isn't chicken breast, but extremely low quality chicken patty that tasted like cardboard mixed with meat glue. I've had better tasting...
