Just a normal Thursday night, wanted to get some food so i stopped by my local KFC. Have I learned from my mistakes by choosing to dine anywhere instead location to eat at? NO. For some reason I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt when in fact they don’t deserve it. The food in always inconsistent, in terms of quality. One day the chicken might be passably warm and crispy, 2 days later, it might be soggy and cold. It’s a guessing game.
Tonight I decided to walk in because usually going in to a fast food establishment can be quicker, but boy was I wrong.
If corporate is available to view security footage tonight from 6:30pm -8:00pm they will see their dining area completely full of customers who have been neglected and waiting unreasonable amount of time.
I just wanted a chicken sandwich, and a 45 min wait for that is just ridiculous.
While I was waiting over 45 mins for a sandwich, I had plenty of time to watch and listen to the employees and the disgruntled customers.
The manager in charge told a customer, who was rightfully upset they waited over an hour for their fast food, “if you’d like to come back here and help us feel free”
After waiting 15 minutes, I finally ordered, and was told the wait time would only be 15 minutes, 45 minutes later, I was then told it would be another 5 minutes until my meal was ready.
Hopefully I will do what’s right, and never come back here again, terrible experience after terrible experience.

Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant in the U.S.—let alone a KFC. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit.
I had placed an order and was waiting at the front counter. A lady came out with two similar-looking orders, and since no name was called, I assumed one might be mine and reached out. She quickly pulled the orders away from me in a way that made me feel like I was trying to take someone else's food—which I was not.
I politely asked, “Why did you do that?” and instead of clarifying, she responded with rude and accusatory remarks, saying I was taking someone else's food and that she had called a name (which she hadn’t).
Then another male staff member joined in, speaking to me in an aggressive tone and even mocking my name with bad words, which was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating.
The entire situation was deeply embarrassing and uncomfortable. I expected far better treatment from a well-known brand like KFC.
If you are the owner or part of KFC’s leadership team, I strongly urge you to review the conduct of the staff at this location and take appropriate action. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or publicly humiliated...

The lady who was working at drive-thru(around 5-6pm), her attitude STINKS. She is beyond rude. I was there to grab chicken burger meal, i asked for sauce and she said ketchup is the only sauce comes with combo. I asked for mayo, kfc sauce, bbq, they didnt have none of these. They only had 2, and I asked for honey bbq. She said she was going to charge me extra for that.. i asked for water as drink, and she passed me tap water in a regular fountain cup. I said I don’t want it since its tap water and she goes with an attitude “this is not tap water maam this is something else water (i didnt get what she said)” and i got my food and left. Her attitude STINKS. This KFC is another level terrible. You can see my past experience underneath.

Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I was only able got 1/3 refund of my money. I believe they have to pay me for sending me this thing. Chickens were overly cooked and fried.
