Ms. Spudz Everything Potato "No" Gravy – A Flavor-Packed Experience at the Brooklyn Bank Block Party

I had the pleasure of trying Ms. Spudz Everything Potato “No” Gravy at their pop-up location during the Brooklyn Bank Block Party — and let me tell you, this was a standout experience from start to finish.

Everything was made fresh to order. I opted for the french fries and fish combo, and both were executed beautifully. The fish was lightly breaded on the outside and perfectly flaky on the inside — fresh, white meat with great texture and flavor. The fries were piping hot, golden, and crisp, clearly just out of the fryer. The portions? Massive. You won’t leave hungry.

But the real star of the show? The house-made sauces. The chipotle sauce especially stole the spotlight — spicy, bold, and packed with flavor. It elevated the entire dish and added a perfect kick to the entrée. Honestly, this sauce needs to be bottled and on store shelves yesterday. It’s that good.

To top it off, the hospitality was second to none. The staff was warm, welcoming, and on point — and owner Pippi was absolutely delightful. Their energy and attention made the experience feel personal and memorable.

I left full, satisfied, and already thinking about when I can catch Ms. Spudz again. If you see this pop-up or hear they’re in your area — run, don’t walk.
