I had to write this because this place has potential if they just read the damn reviews. I came here twice, but never again. The first time I came here, I was a little overwhelmed. Parking lot was crowded, tables were full, this was all good indication that the place would be a good spot. We got sat down, waited about 10 min for our server to come. I figured, it’s busy, I get it. Our server finally came, It was an older hispanic gentleman. He took our drink orders and left. He didn’t come back for another 15 minutes, but this time WITHOUT OUR DRINKS. I already shoulda took this as a sign. He asked us again what we ordered, we told him, and then came back 5 minutes later with our drink order WITHOUT giving us any straws. In the 20 minutes, I’ve been there, I didn’t get a glass of water or a bread bowl everyone was talking about in the reviews. I asked another waiter for straws he had in the apron he was wearing and he said he has to go get my server. To give me some damn straws that are sitting in your apron that you’re wearing??? I finally flagged down my own waiter and asked for some straws. The rest of the dinner was fine, but my waiter took forever to give me my bill. The food was great, which is why I went back a second time and then unfortunately got the same waiter. And guess what, he gave the same treatment as the first time. Forgot our drink orders twice, never gave straws, never gave a bread basket, and never checked on us once during the entire meal. But when it came to TIPPING ON THE BILL. HE WAS HOVERING OVER US AS WE WERE SIGNING OUR RECEIPT AND GRABBED THE BILL OUT OF MY HUSBANDS HANDS TO SEE HOW MUCH WE TIPPED HIM. Pathetic. Please get serving employees who actually like doing their job and remember customer’s...

Read moreHonestly, I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The service was some of the worst service I’ve ever in any establishment. Firstly, I went there with my little sister and friend. We were celebrating her treatment and this place had good reviews online. When we get there. There was a wait for about 15 minutes which honestly isn’t that bad. However, when we were finally seated we were given utensils with food still on them. And then! My sister asked if they had oxtail to which our server replied ‘If you don’t see it on the menu we don’t have it’ she didn’t even give us enough time to look at the menu. So when my little sister says she’s not sure what she wants yet the server gets upset and flustered and says she’ll be back. When it finally comes to us ordering our food. She tells me ‘It’s too busy to order a milkshake’ and me being nice I’m thinking you know she’s older maybe she’s having a bad day. I’m trying to be understanding but, she gets upset when we asked for alcoholic beverages, she forgets the other drink I ordered AND TO PUT THE CHERRY ON TOP. I wasn’t even going to tip but again it’s the food service industry I didn’t want to be super rude. So I left a 10 dollar tip on a 133 bill. I wasn’t going to give anything but again I felt bad. Just for her to suck her teeth and roll her eyes as she hovered over me signing the receipt. I will never ever in my days recommend coming here ever to anyone. Absolutely the...
