The food tastes ok but the quantity is poor. They charge that much for food and then they shorten the portions.

All other restaurants give you the Barbecue sauce for free if you want on your food but some charge you if you want it separate. I'm partly upset with this but the part that was really upsetting is that they have a sign that tells you price for the Barbecue sauce. If you want it on one side it's $1 all over is $2 and separate is $2.50 i asked for it on the side and she said it $2:75. I pointed out her sign said $2.50 and her response was yes it is $2.50 but with tax it's $2.75. Every other food has no tax but because you made a mistake you say it's tax. Don't lie to me and say it's tax. Take responsibility and admit that you made a mistake or you need to change the sign since it's old. I would understand.

You might think it's just $0.25 but this time is $0.25 another time it might be $2 and so on. This way you will loose people. Be honest when you do business.

Don't raise the price and cut...

They speak fast and yes you to death while taking your order. I kept asking questions about what I was ordering and what exactly it came with and they just yes me to death and said extra price this and extra price that....I don't mind paying extra price as long as I get exactly what I'm asking for. Of course my order was missing something I specifically asked for for my child and I called to sort it out and they just spoke over me and said they had other customer to take care of. Newsflash I am your customer. I will never come here again. Of course they don't care because they are the hoods Chinese spot but that's a whole other topic..... Value your customers...
