O's Grill Spot — Restaurant in New York

This isn’t the O’s grill spot that you’re used to. My girlfriend and ordered O’s for dinner, hoping and expecting to have the same great taste that they used to have in the past when they were located on Utica. The salmon is dry the pasta salty the lo mein is bland and the jerk chicken you order isn’t even jerk chicken it’s basically grilled chicken tenders that are dry with no jerk sauce just black pepper and maybe a hint of barbecue sauce expecting a delicious meal and then receiving lackluster food, after spending so much money is extremely disappointing. I would encourage the owners of owes to reevaluate and reassess their menu and or the chef because the food is not living up to the previous name unfortunately, we have to give this the lowest rating not just because of the disappointing taste but...

Just came from O's grill spot .... and all i van say is THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I called my order in for pick up at 7:01, arrived at 7:15. The order takers are all, bumping overnone another behind tge bar takeing orders. I tell one of them my name and she said one minute. Well, needless to say, it was an additional 15 mins... no food, 3 other employees helping me and finally my food is ready. I asked to look to make sure the order is correct and ofcourse its not!!!! So 30 min after i placed my order, it still isnt ready!!!!!! Soo annoyed and i had to ask one of the girls to tell the COOK to change his gloves becuase i WATCHED HIM scratch his face, wipe sweat and pull his shirt...with the same gloves that he is cooking with....

The service is terrible we only hade a choice of 3 drinks waited over 30 mins to receive our drinks while all the while the 3 women there well 2 that was behind the bar were on their phone then they sat down put lip gloss on we're talking to themselves like no one was waiting when I ask my server for our drink she seemed bothered well she told the girls about themselves my drink was horrible they ran out of patron and mix my margaritas with some other clear liquor the food was cold and basically paid 85.00 for two dinners salmon baked mac and cheese yams and plantains never will we go to this establishment again we didn't finish the food. total...
