Organic Love — Restaurant in New York

I go to this smoothie bar often; it's on the way to the train. I often pick up breakfast and lunch, patties, and a smoothie. The lady making the smoothie has the worst attitude; it's disgusting. Nobody wants to deal with that energy while purchasing food. There's no proper way to order your smoothie; you have to try and get her attention and hope she doesn't snap at you and make slick, nasty comments out of her mouth. Customer service needs to drastically improve! At this point, I avoid going there; I would rather go out of my way in the opposite direction just to get the same food with better customer service. Imagine having to encounter her nasty attitude so early in the morning before work. It's draining that she's like this every day. Just the way she speaks, her facial expression, her body language, and how she engages with customers are sickening. If you could order at the register and they just gave the juice maker the receipt to prepare the orders without having to communicate or see her face, it would be more delightful. She acts as if your existence and ordering a drink are a nuisance to her. I saw how she spoke to a customer today when they were trying to order. I simply walked out and didn’t want to deal with her nasty facial expressions and her energy. I'm truly tired of her nasty aura. Please get someone more decent and vibrant at this establishment. Nobody wants someone with that kind of energy preparing their food! Energy transfers, and I don’t want to ingest bad vibes along with my smoothie. I used to love coming here but, the quality of service has gone down significantly. I’ve given them more chances than I should’ve because they are one of the very few black owned “organic” spots in crown heights, but after walking out today - I don’t think I’ll be back. The staff seem to have no system in place to make sure customers are taken cared of in a reasonable amount of time.They are ALWAYS understaffed for the after-work crowd and they guys behind the counter engage in pointless banter - all while there is a line of people waiting to be served. Staff up and retrain your staff ! And listen to your customers feedback. You could be doing even better if you make changes to increase efficiency and the overall customer...

Got some juices here for the first time today because I started going to a new hairdresser. There was a big line (very good sign) and I decided to wait, and boy, it was worth it. The line went fast too! My juices were amazing I got the Daily D with pineapple and Balance juice with pineapple and ginger. So tasty. I'm on a juice cleanse or I would've definitely picked up some of their delicious looking patties. The staff is very personable, kind and accommodating, and from what I saw it seems like they get a lot of regulars. I live in bedstuy and I will be trekking over here on a weekly basis to keep trying some things. Super excited I...
