First and foremost I believe that the delivery man here is super rude and disrespectful I ordered over 15 dollars to get a free soda that never came with my meal that is fine but one top of that I gave him a 20$ bill and he parked all the way on my cross streets just so that he could make it inconvienent for me to get my change back , besides that my lo mein was barely cooked I feel like this store has it out for certain customers and I think I am one of them my food is nearly never delivered with care it's almost ALWAYS spilling or bussing out of the container this also isn't the first second third forth or fifth bad encounter with this deleivery man this is just the first where he stole from me I reported back to the store and my reply back was a kitchen full of chatter and laughs at my complaint I hope this thief is fired from delivering food ever if not they just lost a loyal customer .. it is attrotious for a young delivery man to be so rude & disrespectful to theirs elders .. I ordered via Telephone twice. The Chicken wings were okay but the fried rice had a BUG in it. I called the driver to let him know there was a bug in my food. He told me to call back tomorrow. Pretty much I had to throw the entire meal out. When I called the next day they didn't understand what I was talking about and I demanded a refund or to replace the food with a different item. By coincidence I ordered two times from this place an hour before they closed 1 week apart on a Friday for my family and a bug was in my rice then we found a bug attached to the spare rib tips. Your best one stop location is Mr. Lee's on Pitkin Avenue. The only downside about Mr. Lee's is that they don't deliver other than that they are the BEST option if you're close by...
