I have had the unfortunate experience of visiting Boithok Khana Kitchen & Sweets twice since its opening, and both visits left me highly disappointed.
First Visit: My first visit occurred when the restaurant had just opened and was buzzing with hype as one of the best new dining spots in the area. I decided to try their tea, expecting a delightful experience. However, the tea was merely average and, to my dismay, significantly overpriced. Despite the hype, the initial impression was underwhelming and did not justify the cost.
Second Visit: My second visit happened during Ramadan, a special time when my family and I were fasting. I intended to treat my family to a pleasant meal to break our fast after work. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be a disastrous experience from the moment I walked in.
When I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me in line. Despite this, the server failed to acknowledge my presence and continuously ignored me while attending to customers who arrived after me. When I finally voiced my frustration, the server had the audacity to claim that the other customers had been waiting longer, which was blatantly untrue.
This level of disrespect and poor customer service was appalling. From the cashier to the servers, the entire staff displayed a shocking lack of basic customer service skills and respect. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also indicative of poor management and inadequate training.
Conclusion: I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Boithok Khana Kitchen & Sweets to anyone. The food quality may not be the issue, but the abysmal customer service and lack of respect from the staff overshadow any potential culinary merits. Like they don’t even see you they don’t care who you are and no smile on their face who doing customer service and they cut down a lot of items that we not seeing anymore in their menu and selling this is no more day so every time we go there, we don’t find a lot of items too many times has happened to me. We order food and they gave it to the wrong people my order and keep me waiting no longer than I expect and if I wanna order some more things from table, they never response to come and check order and is my humble request to management and owner. Please take care of this problem and your stuff. Thank এই জায়গাটা আর ভালো না যেমন তারা যখন এই রেস্তোরাঁর পরিষেবা শুরু করে আপনি যখন কিছু অর্ডার করেন তখন তারা গ্রাহকের care করে না। তারা নিজেদের কাজে ব্যস্ত। যেমন তারা আপনাকে দেখতেও পায় না তারা কেয়ার করে না আপনি কে .এবং তাদের মুখে হাসি নেই যারা গ্রাহক পরিষেবা করছেন এবং তারা এমন অনেক আইটেম কেটে ফেলেছে যা তাদের মেনুতে আর দেখছি না এবং আর নেই প্রতিবার আমরা আমরা অনেক আইটেম খুঁজে পাই না আমার সাথে অনেকবার ঘটেছে। আমরা খাবার অর্ডার করি এবং তারা আমার অর্ডারটি অন্ন লোকদের দিয়েছিল এবং আমার প্রত্যাশার চেয়ে আমাকে আরো বেশি অপেক্ষা করে রাখে এবং আমি যদি টেবিল থেকে আরও কিছু অর্ডার এড করতে চাই তবে তারা কখনই সাড়া দেবে না এবং ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং মালিকের কাছে আমার বিনীত অনুরোধ . এই সমস্যা দেখুন এবং আপনার জিনিস যত্ন নিন./ 17. 09.2024 ‘ again problem today don’t have enough, 😀none Roti only one roti they have, and I buy that, with some other food, but is burning roti and তিতা হয়ে গেচে পুডে when I was in restaurant, I didn’t check this ,রুটি .
