The worst customer services I have ever experienced as dining in a restaurant. They say it’s an all-you-can-eat but they don’t really want you have something. We were sitting there for exactly 35 minutes without any food and nobody checked with us after we ordered . I asked them around 3 times to see if I can at least get something to start with because I was starving and I finally got a dish of 5pcs cocktail shrimp and the waiter’s annoyed faces because I don’t understand why 5pcs of shrimp took them more than half an hour and all the other tables which came in the same time or a bit later than us already have some plates on their tables but the waiters just kept telling us our food needed a long prepared time. After the shrimp there was another 15min of waiting and then I got a small bowl of soup. I waited for another 20mins without anything came . I finally had to tell them I was really starving and if they still couldn’t serve us food, please check us out with what we had so far. And then guess what, the kitchen could finally work out with our order and the rest of food came after 1-hour waiting quickly! They also messed up with our order , we never got something what we ordered in the beginning even though we checked with them at least twice. They tried to substitute out anything that was complex or they thought a bit expensive without letting you know! We ordered a dozen of baked oysters and they gave us a dozen clam instead. They just dropped the plate on the table without any explanation like they ran out of food or anything but their bad attitude. Oh they definitely remember to remind you the last call in the second hour but don’t care about you didn’t really have a “plate” in the first hour, probably on purpose. I am extremely disappointed and angry about the experience. They definitely discriminate customers because we looked too young and they thought we wouldn’t give good tips! ( Although we still tipped them 18% because we understand that it’s not an easy job, people make money by their hoarding-working) But their attitude and service was horrible . I never waited for 1 hour for a meal at non-busy time , there were only 3-4 tables when we were sat. I have never post such a long review for any restaurant. it’s a horrible experience for us in this restaurant. Don’t...
Read moreWas there for the $78, 2 hour ayce promotion on Friday night with a party of four. The food was amazing, and service was great. Except...
I handed them my credit card prior the meal to pay the tab. By the end of the meal, the bill came out and given to someone else my party. Simple mistake. Our server apologized. It happens
After reviewing the bill, we discovered that we were billed for an additional person. The table next to us had a party of 5 and we had a group of 4. They were quite busy, so we had asked our server if we received the correct bill for our table. The server confirmed it was correct. Then we pointed out we were billed an additional person. Oops. Our server apologizes again. He rushes to show us the charge has been voided and to the extent of putting his full name on the receipt, reassuring me "just in case if the charge goes through."
The food was great, and despite the mistakes, it has been a pleasant experience overall until then.
The new bill came for the correct amount this time. I have a habit of rounding out the amount on the bill, so I applied a custom amount of 19.9ish% tip , about 60 cents shy of 20% gratituity, in order to make it a round number.
I then had to ask for my copies of the receipts. They may have simply forgotten to leave and give it to me amongst the chaos.
Strange, but I was only given the itemized receipt without the customer copy, at first. Which was originally stapled together a few minutes prior.
I did manage to snap a picture of the signed merchant copy, though. I compared to my cc transactions and receipt the next day. My credit card was charged 20% percent gratituity despite the signed merchant copy displaying otherwise.
I know it's the season for-giving. (Pun intended) I am giving lots of benefits...

With apathetic, clumsy customer service, unnecessarily long food-to-table times, and unfresh ingredients, Parc Oasis seems to not care. The environment is OK, if poorly air-conditioned, and some of the food is redeeming, but in my opinion this does not excuse their neglect of basic restaurant service.
Service: We did not get the water we ordered until we spoke up. Our order for two took nearly an hour to arrive, despite there only being one other table of guests in the restaurant. The waiter never smiled, rarely looking at us as he spoke. He uses a smartphone to take orders, which does not help if the staff has no idea how to use it. His eyes were glued to the device the whole time and he forgot what we ordered while tapping away on the device.
Food: The BLT was served with bruised, brown avocado. We have never seen a restaurant try to serve such bad avocado before. The sandwich had no sauce, making it dry.
The spaghetti was great. The sauce was tasty, but I'm not a big fan of the meatballs.
Environment: There is a upper-midscale feel, with nice furniture and warm lighting. The restrooms are clean, with high-tech appliances. However, I found it difficult to enjoy the environment as, on this hot summer day, it actually felt hotter inside...
