I love the food at this restaurant and have recommended it to others but I am never ordering a take out order again from here. I always, ALWAYS, get ice cold food. I only live less than 8 blocks away and right off of Utopia so it's not the travel home. I even used GrubHub and picked up my order and requested that someone call 15 minutes before the food was ready to be picked up. I Also added an additional note to please package the food to keep it warm. They called me as requested and we had already left for the restaurant so we were EARLY and less than 10 minutes later I am having to warm eggplant parmesan up just to be able to eat it. It had to have been sitting a long time. One of the best parts about ordering out is not having pots and pans to clean up afterwards.. then have cleaning to do now and it's Super Bowl Sunday. I have seen several other bad reviews because of the same reason of food always arriving Cold and neading to.be heated. I honestly thought because the crust is so thin that the pizza just cooled much quicker but that isn't the case. I don't feel like this resturant cares about to go orders Because the staff isn't getting a big tip. Next time I want to relax I'll order from a regular Pizzeria. Sad I have to leave a bad review but this is over and over again with the same issue of having ice cold food. I am a veteran restaurant worker so I know that this can be fixed but I am still having...

UPDATE OF COURSE BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME COLD SAUCE AND CRUST AFTER HEATING IT UP FOR 5 MINS ITS NOT CHARRED AND INEDIBLE! I need my money back after it going to waste that’s 30 something dollars down the drain! The slices in the photos literally have more cheese than I received on my entire pie! Please scroll down their photos to see my images as they didn’t allow them to be linked to my post

I ordered a pie and mozzarella sticks at approximately 12:24. I received my food within a half an hour which I was happy about as I was starving. When I had taken the pizza from the delivery man the box felt as if it was empty which I thought was odd. When I went inside to eat I was greeted by paper thin pizza that was literally ice cold as if it was sitting out on their counter for a while and they boxed it to go. There is barely any cheese on the pizza on top of it being nonexistent in crust. The pizza was semi over cooked as well.i received garlic bread which I suppose was a courtesy, as I spent 29 bucks before a tip, for cold thin cheese less pizza and mozzarella sticks that too was cold but not as cold as the pizza. What surprised me was that the bread on the garlic bread was thicker than the pizza crust. The mozzarella sticks were lukewarm not hot, yet it was the hottest thing I received. I’m now eating cold mozzarella sticks as I wait for my pizza to heat up! I’m throughly disappointed in the...

My family went to Patsy's last night and we were shocked and dismayed at how poor the service was and how rude the management was. The occasion was my father's 95th birthday. We arrived at 7:15. We ordered a bottle of ridiculously expensive, cheap cabernet and then had to wait over an hour until the entrees started coming out. First, three out of five entrees came out; no sides. I went to the maitre'd who told me he would take it up with the server. Fifteen minutes later, the other two entrees arrived but we were still missing sides for three entrees. Finally, at 9pm we received the last sides. The maitre' d, Daniel, who I spoke with was rude and insulting to me. He could have diffused the situation by apologizing and buying us a drink. Instead, he told me to go back to my table and that I was being rude to him. He could not have handled a bad situation to make it worse. It was a very upsetting dinner for my father's 95th. By the way, I mentioned this to my daughter this morning and she said she had the same problem with the service 3 weeks ago. Based on looking at the other reviews, I would say this place is unable to deliver quality service and their prices are exorbitant. The food was good, but there are a dozen places in the area that provide great service and appreciate their customers. Daniel should be fired immediately. We will never eat...

We had a fantastic dining experience at Patsy's of Queens! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we tried was a hit. The Fried Calamari was crispy and perfectly seasoned, the Traditional Pizza had a wonderfully balanced flavor, and both the Fettuccine Alfredo and Baked Ziti were rich, creamy, and comforting. The Chicken Parmesan was also outstanding—crispy on the outside and tender inside with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Dessert was fun and delicious... S'mores Pizza! Our servers, Dean and Cynthia, were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The ambiance was charming and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The location is great, and to top it off, parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great Italian food and warm hospitality!

This is a nice and cozy place to have dinner with some friends or a date. The wait staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations if you ask. The food is excellent. We always have an appetizer and and entree though we do not need both. We usually have the mussels, calms and a salad for appetizers. Follows by a pasta. The portions are usually a good size and we have left overs. They have pasta night or wine nights. So look out for the special nights for extra savings.
