Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New York

Have ordered from this location a handful of times- And Each time to its own dissatisfaction. All 4 time have left me unsatisfied with my service- not the food- the service. Tried ordering for the last time tonight. Last time for Pizza Hut for a while being only location in area that I regularly am in. Calls didnt get answered- got dial backs and information taken then got place back on hold- not even my order- couldn’t catch the woman’s name she didn’t speak clearly through the phone- but literally wasn’t even warned of the hold it was back to the music. And whilst I waited on hold I was even able to process an order elsewhere before even being picked back up so I hung up. So you can imagine how long that took including adding my card info for payment. Horrible service and really hope some corrections are made. Cause if it’s this bad I’m not the only one it’s blatant the customer experience is on the back burner. And this was the second time of the 4 times I’ve been completely disregarded as a customer and never even gotten to order. And cause of Covid- there’s no walk in orders- or per what i was told when I tried fixing my first ever order which was botched completely and cold. 27 minutes on the dot after I ordered. I went in one night to pick up an order for doordash. The girl working saw me walk in but went right in the back before I could even say anything. Her and the guy back there were both screaming and yelling, apparently they were short staffed and had a lot of orders. The girl was swearing using the "f word" I stood there for 20 minutes, not exaggerating. At this point another girl walked in with the pizza hut uniform on so I asked her if she could check on my order and she rudely told me that she wasn't on the clock. I told her I had been waiting a long time so she went to the back and got the other girl who had been swearing up a storm just for her to come out and tell me that I would have to cancel the order bc they "didn't have the stuff to make it" pretty sure it was just a regular pizza. BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER I order a dinner box at 7:00 i received a miss call a little bit after from them no message or anything left. So i called back and the phone goes to a call center or something. So i tell the guy what happened the guy say oh ill transfer you i was on hold for 15 min NO ONE answered. I called back again the guy says oh there was a error in the system transfers me again waited on hold for another 15 min got no where. At this point now I'm calling just to see if I will be getting my food once again no one answering . So i called from a different number now the guy start picking up the phone and hanging it up as soon as i started talking needless to say i never got my order or ahold of someone but they sure charged my card this place is TRASH.
