Subway — Restaurant in New York

By far the worst subway and the worst customer service I have received at one. My food said it was already picked up under my name, when I had never picked it up. Walked in and told the woman that I had the order under Lindsay but it says it has already been picked up. Clearly the intelligence lacked and the woman responded with an attitude saying yes it has been picked up. I proceeded to catch an attitude back and say to her but I didn't pick it up. She then responds with oh it must have been another name. Tells me a time estimate I go out and wait and watch her serve somebody else instead of me as if it was my fault that they can't pay attention to two different names. She then proceeds to talk about me in front of another customer as if I wasn't standing there and says all this may be my last night here she seems as if she may be in a rush. And absolute joke. What is with the tip prompt? Are employees paid at least the full minimum wage or the tipped minimum wage? I understand wanting tips, however too many places are adopting the tip culture leading to tip fatigue in America. This is hurting the people who truly depend on tips because Americans are now having to tip less to spread it out across businesses that really shouldn’t be asking for tips to start for. Since when do we tip for fast food anyway? Not only that but what reasons are there really for soliciting tips? Did the process change and now requires more in depth work they don’t get compensated for? Or did subway just see an opportunity to reach deeper into our pockets? The cost of subway has sky rocketed, and with them now expecting tips the cost doesn’t match the value...

Really bad.. the person who made my sandwich was kind that she wants to give me what she wanted I asked for Turkey breast she told me 3 times chicken breast. All the time I was polite but she was rude. She put a lot of mayonnaise on it I asked if she can remove some with her knife but she just closed the sandwich. I asked for restroom or place to wash my hands (I daily work outside) so she said restroom is close to the public (at least public before eat needs to wash hands specially because the covid-19 (they don't have hand sanitizer or something to the public.
