Fantastic experience! Countless failures of buying high-end washers from department stores i decided I want to get a washer that the only function is to wash clothes. Didn’t want anything high-tech, just simple controls, where I load the clothes from the top, and the bucket would fill up with water and agitate.

Looked online for a local store and found excellent reviews for Frtitz Appliances. The store is in Cohoes, has a great set up of washers and dryers lined up with more than reasonable prices tagged on them. A few days later, he delivered it and installed it in my basement. He even gave me a courtesy call when he was leaving the store and on his way to deliver it. After delivery and installation he secured and polished off machines. Cleaned up everything around the area and made sure that both machines ran well. Gave me a few tips how to maintain it and call his number if anything ever happens.

Three months later, which was this past Sunday the washing machine malfunctioned and the water level overflowed . Called Dave Monday morning to explain the situation. He planned out a time when he can to see machine but he suggested I try a few things first because it sounded like a simple fix. His suggestions absolutely worked! If this was a department store on or an online product, I would’ve been charged on arm and a leg to even get it diagnosed. He even followed up with a text later on that night to see how everything worked out.

This man knows what he’s doing. He understands his machines because he’s the one that rebuilt them. These are quality secondhand machines with quality parts. We need to support small businesses like this so we could have more people like Dave that care about the satisfaction of the customer and not just the bottom line.

I am stunned... I'm really a skeptic when it comes to buying used or donated stuff because you never know what you're going to get. This business is beyond amazing though!! I went in, bought the dryer I liked, and 2 days later Dave and his buddy were here installing it. Dave was awesome when it came to answering all of my questions. Even after they left I still had unanswered questions, but, all I had to do was send a quick message and he responded with more answers. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided. If you have doubts about shopping here, DONT!! You definitely get more than what you pay for. The customer service is outstanding, the products are in tip top shape, and the time it took to be delivered was super quick. All of this for such an affordable price too. I found my washer on Facebook that Dave posted. He replied back to me in a timely manner, answered all my questions, and didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time. He delivered the washer the same weekend, installed it, and took my old washer away. The entire time he was extremely respectful. He ensured us that he would answer any questions and return if we have any issues. My washer runs like it’s brand new and was delivered extremely clean!
