Wish I could give no-stars #PoopedOutwPopeyes 219-03 North Conduit How do you ruin the reputation of a brand like Popeye's? Make assinine decisions regarding your food quality and customer service. Tonight I ordered The Shrimp Tackle-box Combo through the Popeye's app. When I went to pick-up my family's meal it was not ready or even started, though I came 7 minutes later. There was a handwritten sign that read, "Sorry, no sauce." Hadn't read that in the app, nor seen it outside the door or on the window. The sauces have a lot to do with the total Popeye's experience.
Back to my Shrimp Tackle-box. I watched the server pour what appeared to be popcorn shrimp in my box. When I looked to see if my eyes deceived me, they had not! I questioned the server and she said they didn't have what I requested through the app, but she gave me a lot! Really? She got the attention of the Mgr - Carter who asked me how were they supposed to know which Shrimp I ordered through the app when they only sell one Shrimp dish for the past several months! I felt like I was on the show Punk'd! Expected cameras with all the lights, but no. This was real!
I quickly pivoted to a compromise since it was obvious he wasn't. His suggestion was for me to go back to the app to try to get a refund. The cashier sensibly shook her head and agreed with my request for a substitutions.
Short of it all, they only had tartar sauce! Our Chicken sandwiches had been lathered with Mayonnaise! That is not the Popeye's Chicken Sandwich! How do I trust the app again, by the managers own logic? How do I trust the brand after such a waste of time, energy, and...

I had the pleasure of visiting Popeyes today, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! After a tiring shopping trip at Walmart, I hopped on the Q85 bus and made my way to the Popeyes restaurant nearby. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional Bengali counter person, Sazzad.
Despite the lack of chairs to enjoy my meal, Sazzad's exceptional customer service made up for it. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Popeyes was top-notch. His warm smile and helpful attitude made me feel valued as a customer.
Sazzad's professionalism and attentiveness were truly remarkable. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured that my order was prepared just the way I wanted it. His dedication to his job and willingness to go the extra mile sets a great example for others in the service industry.
I genuinely have no complaints about this particular Popeyes location, all thanks to Sazzad. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Although the absence of chairs was a minor inconvenience, Sazzad's exceptional service overshadowed that disadvantage.
I highly recommend visiting Popeyes and crossing paths with Sazzad. His professionalism and friendly demeanor create a positive and welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning to this location, not just for the mouthwatering food but also for the outstanding service provided by Sazzad.

Cashier argued with me because I was served burnt chicken. When the problem was addressed, he objected stating that the chicken was not burnt. I indicated the evidence showing how burnt it was and still did not get a replacement as initially requested. The cashier argued stating that the chicken is not burnt and told me to flip the chicken over to see that it wasn't burnt. I did as instructed and it was evident even further that the chicken was burnt. I once again requested a replacement in which at that point I was told I had to pay for another piece because I touched the burnt breast. HE TOLD ME TO FLIP THE CHICKEN! He then started talking about rules and regulations and how he wouldn't replace the burnt chicken. I requested for the manager who he did not even want to call at first but nevertheless the cashier went to the back I'm assuming to address my issue. The cashier eventually disposed of the burnt chicken and accused me of wasting chicken because he was replacing it. After replacing my chicken breast, this cashier then said "see? It's the same as the other one." Obviously it wasn't because I accepted the chicken. The cashier was very nasty and argumentative. Furthermore, he had no intention of giving me my drink and receipt, something I asked for twice.
