I have the worst experience ever with this place. They sold me a couch that is poorly made. The materials used to make it is so flinsy. I live with my 1 year old and I am not even 130lbs but my couch sinked. I called multiple times to get help. The guy came and tried to help me out but it's like he was doing a favor because they basically tells you there is no warranty on the product so they are not obligated to help you. The couch is not even a year old yet. Becareful when you are purchasing. The furniture looks cute but it's poorly made!!!! Run!!!!!! Be warned.

Service was Excellent, I was shopping around for a bed and had visited a few stores prior, but the minute I stepped in this store, that was it, they didn't bumrush me nor hassle me to buy anything, they just ask me to take my time and if I see anything let them know, this gave me enough time to look around and BEST BELIEVE I DID FIND WHAT I WAS ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR! the price, the service, delivery, the appreciation for my business was all recognize.

I'm sold by their customer service skills!......

Good customer service. Nice selection of items. Great quality items so the prices are up there but reasonable to me. Besides you get what you paid for right, so spend money and get better quality. They have layaway plans and credit opportunities you can apply for if needed. Convenient location. Delivery fees...
