First of all the young miss they have there working in the morning have no customer service she seems angry with the world, I came there to get breakfast this morning and it was no good, if the breakfast is finish all u need to do is say so don’t sell people wat lef for their money. First I ordered butter beans and food she hurry up and close the plate I didn’t get to see what it looks like then I came back to order a callaloo plate and the young lady scraping the wat lef from the pot selling me which was dry I told her if that’s all she have lef I don’t want it then gona tell me that’s a small size. I told her I don’t want that. Then when I got home look in the plate she sell me which was the butter beans and fish it was so dry there was no fish it’s mostly beans I could never eat that I wasted my money. You can’t sell people wat lef that’s not nice people work hard for their money to just throw it away like that. She have no customer service she needs to stay in the back and wash some...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I NEVER GIVE REVIEWS But today was the finale straw. The customer service from the women who works there (conduit, near mcdonald’s) is disgusting. They always have the most disgusting attitudes. You say morning, afternoon, evening NOTHING. And when they do speak (only to tell u how much your food is) its nothing but attitude and eye rolls. And I mean this is not the first, second, or third time this has happened. At first my son (16) told me how rude the women were to him and I thought maybe because it’s near a school the kids may be alil annoying but then when I went it’s the same rudeness. And it’s not just 1 or 2 different women it’s all of them. The reason I go to this one is because it’s close and my kids love their pattie’s. On June 7, 2024, at approximately 2:00 PM, I visited the store to purchase oxtail. The tall black lady, who appeared to be the owner, was the only staff member present. Unfortunately, her customer service skills were lacking, and she seemed unhappy. When I asked about the price of the oxtail, she responded with a dismissive tone, saying it was the same price regardless of payment method. I explained that I wanted to know the price to ensure I had sufficient cash, but she didn't seem interested in understanding my perspective. Even when I thanked her after the transaction, she didn't respond. While the oxtail was delicious, I won't be returning due to the poor service.
