Thanks for NOTHING! The best Beef Patty (BBQ Chicken) yawl had, that sold out by 2pm normally (Rosedale & Springfield Blvd).

YAWL just had to go and SCREW IT UP! It used to be a Beautiful crescent flaky Crust patty. Almost resembled hand made.. It was Always PACKED WITH REAL PIECES BBQ CHICKEN. But nooooooo, now Jamaican Flavors gone and made that unique Patty, A LITTLE SKIMPY square! With MINUS AT LEAST 30% LESS MEAT! Why... Why would you do that? I used to send so many people over there to try it out with coco bread! And everyone said it was amazing, well that won't happen again! And noW I have to find somewhere else to go for lunch. NO WAY I'M GOING TO BUY SOME LITTLE PATTY WITH HARDLY NO MEAT!

I guess it was a good business decision to save a few cents for less meat but still charge the same price! But thanks for screwing the people that patron your establishment. I'm done. I might as well go to Golden Crust if I want a Square little...

I was there this morning around, 10am, don’t get me wrong we live in New York and thers going to be bugs. BUT where they have the salt fish at, located on the right as you walk in. There was a fat roach that kept crawling back n forth from where the food is at. I politely asked the cashier if she had a broom or fly swatter, she didn’t know where it was………… so all day I’m thinking I’m eating roach food. I spent my $15 so I couldn’t just throw it out but I couldn’t stomach the today’s interaction. And not for nothing “flavors” shouldn’t be in the name because the food literally has no taste. I’d rather eat hospital food….. knock on wood I hope I don’t have to for the next few days….. please do better for us customers. I am not a food critic but good food is good food but this...

I’ve been coming to this place for a while for the Pattie’s, however, as of late, the new staff are absolutely rude and disgusting; mostly the women. The lady didn’t even ask what I wanted, she just stood there starring dead in my face. The lady who rang me up didn’t say a word to me and when I pressed the register for my receipt she didn’t hand it to me, I had to reach over to take it while she stood their with a nasty attitude and nose in the air. This is what you get for supporting black business, bad attitude and piss poor service. No matter how hungry I am coming home from work or traveling, I will never step foot in this place again.
