Foo An — Restaurant in New York

10/24/24 around 5:00 pm today. The food was stale and hard. I ordered house special fried rice they used big chunks of chicken that were not fully cooked no peas no carrots . The rice was not fresh and the chicken wings were so hard to chew. Looks like the wings has been sitting there already cooked and all they did was to deep it back in oil. Ordered the basics broccoli brown sauce white rice. The broccoli was hard after I asked for it to be stemmed soft and then they gave me brown sauce on the side never since I’ve been living in NY my 27 years of life have I ever got brown sauce on the side. I ordered the sesame chicken and pork fried rice with fried wontons. The chicken doesn't have much chicken in it at all. Its more like fried flour balls coated in sesame sauce. The large pieces I did find were made out of this weird hard cartilage. It was crunchy and chew and it hurt my jaw to eat. I ended up throwing away the food.
