Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

If I could give zero star I would. My experience was horrible as usual. I went to purchase chicken and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes I was perfectly fine waiting. After returning to the store 20 minutes after and ask if my food was ready the young lady ask what upon showing her the receipt she said she was not the one to serve. She told the other girl she processed to ignore me after several minutes and them serving other customers I ask for my food and let me I MUST wait because she has other things to do. She was extremely rude and when I spoke to her about her behavior she told me she was not serving me and curse me out. The chef left what he was doing and came and served me my food. This took place on Thursday, February 17 at 9:14 pm. They need to be trained in customer service and not because we live in the Bronx we are to be treated without respect. This establishment needs to be closed! The Chef remarks was that he only has chicken and some shrimp.

1. I ordered online and waited an hour to arrive but when I got there was when my order started . I ordered the surf and turf and the cashier/ server asked the chef if they had shrimp. He replied let me check and started it and said it will take 10 mins. He then said they have no tenders , fish sandwich nothing so only chicken is cooked here .
2. the server is the cashier so can you imagine if she has more than one person ? In my case I was the only person and I was there 20 mins after placing a online order . 3)no tenders at all I had to switch out for 2 pieces of chicken.

This place is running on the bare minimum and it is unfair for customers to waste there time as it will always be a miss...
