Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

This Popeyes ain’t it. I was elated that they were opening a Popeyes here but all I’ve gotten from them so far is disappointment. First time I went I spent 7 almost 8 dollars on a large fry that was old and cold. I was able to jump through hoops to get them to resolve this which ended in me receiving a free meal on their app. But this location doesn’t accept mobile orders 🙃. They also are advertising a deal that they don’t offer. On the window, it advertises a ten Pc with a large side and four biscuits for $15. That’s a pretty good deal during these times so I went to get it. But they told me it’s only the chicken for $15, no sides or biscuits. That was like 2 or 3 weeks ago. Why is the advertising still up ? It’s giving scam. They use that ad to get you in the door but then can’t actually offer that promotional price to you. I think this is a franchisee owned location and they suck and are bringing down Popeyes reputation which already sucked since them prices...

TERRIBLE!!!! Now I See WHY The Customer in front of me requested that they make sure the sauce “coats the wings”. They literally drizzled the sauce on the wings. The chicken sandwich sucked, macaroni and cheese was lacking flavor and it took at least 20 minutes for my order. The strawberry lemonade was cool but I won’t be back in...

Don’t go here … i ordered through the app and my food never got delivered ..Popeyes kept the money DoorDash sent them For my refund! I will be reporting this popeyes to the BBB. When I went in the store and asked for help they said they don’t have A manager, Corporate or customer...
