Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

The employees at this location have to deal with the rough customers and harassment of the EDPs and druggies that are in the park next to this location. That can be the reason why they make errors in orders but the other reason is the employees taking orders do not fully understand what you are ordering. Use the kiosk, app, website to place your orders or write down on paper what you want to order do not rely on verbal orders at this location.What this location does to the rice and beans is unacceptable, they will mix water into the rice and beans when they should discard non edible rice and beans that dried out. The watered down rice and beans is not edible. Chicken is usually undercooked at this location and they don't want to be told to cook the chicken longer. The employees here should get additional hazard pay since they removed the plastic barriers at the counter or bulletproof type glass needs to be installed. NYPD will occasionally monitor this location after incidents occur. The dining area is small and difficult to keep clean due to the customers leaving a mess and there is no drive through so you do have to go into this location at your own risk so survey the inside of this location from outside through the large windows before entering and take your food to go to avoid any type of criminal activity...

This place is horrible , the way they talk to their customers is disgusting. I order everyday online for my lunch break I call to make sure my order order comes with ketchup & a straw I’m at work I don’t have these things and restaurants is suppose to give that without me calling . I never called rudely I’ve been calling for months . There’s this women answering the food speaking to me how ever saying I’m always complaining and hangs up the phone after arguing with herself . I was not ever complaining even if I had an issue with my order after calling which happen MANNNYYY times I still wouldn’t complain . I won’t ever order from here again . I’m the most loyal customer ever I order everyday for the past 5 months . People wants to spend their money and eat something eatable not how ever you guys want to...

Everyone's complaining about the "indian" ladies in the front. They're bengali (from Bangladesh) ladies in the front FYI. Anyways, went to check it out today. I have no complaints about them specifically rather a compliment to give. A guy walked in with a complaint and the manager handled it right away in front of me. There weren't any arguments or complaints or rudeness back from the "indian ladies."

The only complaint I may have about this particular popeyes today is that their air conditioner is not working so it was extremely hot while I dined in. They will fix the problem on Monday and Tuesday (sign is on the door). The other complaint I have is their bathroom needs attention.

I did not have any mistakes on my order and they weren't cheap about giving out sauces. $10 deal was so worth...
