Prime Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

On Sunday, April 7th, my fiancee and I ordered a large pie, with half plain and half chicken bacon ranch. We didn't see any chicken bacon on display, but the girl behind the counter kindly told us they can make it for us. We ate at home, and the plain half was pretty decent however, the chicken bacon half was, dry, and a bit rubbery and it did not taste fresh; we could not eat it and not even our pets would! Unfortunately, it was too late to call the pizzeria back so my fiancee contacted them the next day. She spoke with a man saying he was the owner and instead of apologizing to her, he made her feel like it was her fault for not calling sooner! He asked her the same thing multiple times "why didn't you call the day of?", and my fiancee explained that it was after store hours (website states they close at 9:30PM on Sundays). The owner did say that had we called sooner, he would have made a fresh pizza for us but it had to be the same day. We appreciate him saying that however, he refused to understand it was already too late to call them back the same day! What was he going to do for us at 9:30 PM, prepare some fresh chicken cutlets at closing hours? Anyway, we would have preferred they tell us they didn't have any chicken than to pay for weeks...

My Son is an Absolute, Diehard Fan of this Place! He orders at least 5x per Month, so much to the degree that I get embarrassed because I don't want them thinking that I NEVER COOK! But truth be told, I don't cook like Prime Pizza, therefore, I easily get over myself... and " Dig In ". Before he had any knowledge of this Restaurant, he loved another Pizza Place, but I didn't like it at all, so I ordered one time from Prime Pizza which he wasn't aware of and it was " LOVE AT FIRST BITE", and he hasn't ordered from the other guy's pizza since then. I had to take Drastic Measures and trick my Son so we could finally get a Great Pizza, and as the Loving Mother of a 22yr. old " Pizza--phrenich", I say, I should've done it sooner, because there's nothing like a great slice of pizza, and one never forgets the Worst, except only to Forget about them and the bad taste left in my mouth by filling it up with an actual " SLICE OF CHEESE PIZZA THAT'S CRISPY ENOUGH TO HEAR THAT CRUNCH WHEN YOU FOLD IT, and a slight drip of Oil to remind your mouth of the way it Should Be! And will be from Hereonin!!! Thank You Prime Pizza for keeping it...
