Have eaten here many time and in my last few visits i have found service and food varies dramatically from weekday to weekends. Im not one to judge a restaurant on occasional poor service or food but tonight was the poorest ever and has declined each time i has visited...Shrimp egg rolls were over cooked and did not see the burn part on the bottom till i ate half.. Wontons in brown sauce were over cooked..hot and sour soup was tastless...again food has varied in quality from weeknite to weekend...we ordered chinese food and sushi...my guests were served in interval instead of together. We asked where the sushi orderd were. They were not served til we asked. the waiter looked confused with our concerns. All hot food was luke warm and over cooked fro appetizer to entrees...very disappointing...2 of my guests who ordered sushi were served 15 mins after everyone else who ordered chinese and when it arrived 2 orders were on 1 plate with out telling us it was both of their orders on 1 plate...we had to ask for chopsticks several time...1 guest order brown rice and had to wait as there was only 1 waiter and an occasional manger dividing his attentions between bar and diningroom. So we couldnt get our waiters attention. We asked for the leftovers to be packed to take home and everyones order was put in 1 bag after we asked for them to split them up. This was a clear indicaton our waiter was not attentive..My bill was $130 and i left a 13% tip...more than what was earned..the manager who swooped into collect the tip commented on the amount i left...in my opinion...a tip is not a given...it is earned..13% was what his service was worth...maybe if there is a next time and that will be awhile if at all....i will be more vocal on my dissatisfaction at the time they occur....maybe the manager shoud have helped out sooner than just to scoop up the tip! Where was he when we were waiting for food to be served together!!! Very...

I usually only make a review when I get bad low quality service n feel the need to warn others.

I had a minor issue with my tastebuds (their chicken wings). It was late so I couldn’t eat to much, I just wanted a snack.

I wasn’t even gonna call them cause I wasn’t in the mood for drama (u know when all of a sudden they act like they don’t understand English) but I had to go to Walgreens so I decided to make the call.

I gave them a call n explained to them, they listened and quickly offered me my money back.

I ended up ordering egg fried rice instead, But what surprised me was the woman was so kind, was happy to fix my order, she had a warm smile on her face and treated me with so much respect. All she wanted to do was make sure I was happy with my order. Never once on the phone or in person did they make me feel uncomfortable for returning the food, such good business n warm hearts n very respectful 💞 (And I dealt with both ladies) I went out side cause I was on the phone n she came outside to bring me the food, rubbed me on my back n told me to enjoy my food, SO SWEET ; at that point I just wanted to kidnap her 😂 (joke)

Oh and The rice...

I cannot express how much I loved this food. The food was QUALITY! I travel all throughout the US for work. I've been to many Chinese restaurants and this was one of the BEST I've been to. The food was amazing, the egg rolls were phenomenal! Huge egg rolls! I've never had egg rolls like these! And fresh! The sesame chicken was ACTUAL chicken. Like huge chunks of chicken breast, I was so happy eating my food. Also, I had take out and I have NEVER seen any takeout food packaged so professionally and made to feel so fancy like this was packaged. Every detail was appreciated, from the customer service on the phone for my order, the packaging, the cooking of the food, all of it. It was a great experience, and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. By the way, prices were really good for the area, another place tried to charge $20 for a combination platter and here it was around $12 to $15. Much better pricing and you definitely get your money's worth here.
