Honestly the worst experience with this place. We had our 7th wedding anniversary this August and our wedding rings were a little tight now so we decided we’re going to find a expensive place to resize mine and my husbands rings and what we got was damaged and destroyed our rings😢 We had to go 5 times every week to redo and redo until we took them back in the same bad condition. Service was terrible and disrespectful and arguing us back why we weren’t happy every single week we went there driving 30 minutes. Paid $239.53 for both of us and refunded $108 only for my ring even tho both our rings are in one side flat and thiner, not in the round shape as they should be. First time we went there to take them we addressed the concern they are not round and thick as they were but in one side thinner and flat, and the ring can stand on that side. The lady who works there told us oh it’s about the money that’s why they are not thick with gold as they were. We asked kindly please make sure to make perfect as they were and we paid $239.53 and honestly i don’t know for what was that money that we paid other than fixing properly. Every week was the same story “oh we’re gonna take them back and redo” . Mine was 5.75 and asked to be 6.50, and they did 6.50 . For three weeks was that size , and the fourth week was smaller size 6 and in the same condition flat in one side. When I tried it, it got stuck in my finger and hardly took it off. The names and our wedding dated inside were all faded and they took them back again and changed the font of the names and dates which was another bad thing for us destroying our memories. These people destroy your memories and don’t care at all. A sorry is not a good costumer service. And refunding one of the damaged ring is not a sorry . They didn’t bring our original shape and original names and dates. The gentleman the fifth week we were there yesterday was telling us how he lost gold keep redoing our rings and he had to send them to brooklyn like he was doing us favor but in fact they were keeping us going back with two little kids there for 5 weeks. And he said leave it again, now we’re going to send to the factory and make it better. Until now it means they were joking with us and our stuff doing cheaply and after 5 weeks wants to send to some place more “serious” to fix it, and you just lose trust at this point. Like man , for how long!!!??? Keep coming back for a year here, just smiled at us!!! We took our rings back in that condition cuz it is ridiculous to leave in their hands anymore. What an experience!!! If I could give a 10 🌟 I would love to express my amazing experience… So happy I came to check out some other store ( scrubs ) and fortunately walked in only to look around. Guess it meant to be! Let me tell you about owners Tringa & Antony, what a wonderful people, young professional, honest ( just ask ) and they will gladly assist you and tell you anything interests you. Remember, I just came to look around and check out new business! Glad I did ! Besides that they made me feel so welcome, their fault😂, I come there often now. I found beautiful bralettes for kids Grad and bdays, I found amazing setting ring for Grad from Univ . The way they treated me as a customer I decided to fixed everything I owned and it was in my draw broken, faded, damaged, scratched… they made it look not just brand new but made me fall in love with pieces I didn’t wear for decade. I was able to adjust sizes «as we grow” 😜 of course, I had some to change from gold tone to white gold. It went soooooo far my experience got contagious that I brought more from family and friends. I drove them crazy, I come to pick up fixed or redesigned pieces and would bring something else. I guess, I got new addiction 😂 I realy can go on and on about amazing experience!Thanks G-d I only work on the island and don’t live there 🤓! Thank you guys again, I could for sure say, See you soon! Obviously you took  advantage of us by accepting our rings just to take the money and never ever mention that there will be a problem resizing them. On the first day when we came and we ask can you resize those rings, without any question or concern a lady who work there say Yes no problem. She didn’t mention  they are factory made and you can’t make the same at the beginning but after you already took them. If we knew that you guys are not gonna make them good, i would never ever had let our rings in your hands, and I told you even in the store many times why you accepted our rings when you knew that your not going to make them as they are, and you were pretty busy arguing us back. That means we didn’t insist. I don’t understand why you say something what is not true. My ring was scratched a lot outside and that needed to be polished of course and resized, but my wife’s ring was perfectly fine just came for the size. Our rings are bought 7 years ago when we got married and not many years ago. I can see how seriously you take other peoples precious things...
