If you’re looking for authentic Dominican food, Quisqueya in Corona, Queens is an absolute must-visit! We tried several dishes, including the oxtail stew, boneless chicken chunks, and Morro rice, but nothing could compare to their mofongo. Hands down, the best I’ve ever had! The mofongo sauce is out of this world – it’s so good, you’d want to drink it by the spoonful. The staff are spectacular—warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even better. The location might seem a bit sketchy at first glance, but don’t let that deter you. Once you step inside, the food and service more than make up for it. Quisqueya is a hidden gem worth discovering!

Back in the area after a long time away was looking forward to some awesome food. This was not it we ordered the roast chicken which was hard like it was cooked several hours earlier . It was dry and hard had been sitting a while and roast pork (pernil) as you can see in the photo it was hard and dry with lots of white fat . Looks like they put it in microwave not fresh at all. Very sad was looking forward to it, the white rice and beans were good along with the tostones they were fresh . They gave us a cabbage salad that was different but nice . The server was friendly but not Dominican. We won't be coming back .

Wow, delicious food and excellent service! That is how I would describe my visit to this restaurant. We ordered latino food and salad. Everything was delicious. The Bandeja Paisa had so much and it not only was very tasty but also looked really good. The places has a nice environment, clean and had a Dominican vibe and great service. The trinks were also good. I would visit the place again if I am around this area.

Just purchased an order from them, first time in a year. Per niel was old, chicharrones were old as well and the chicken was hard and overcooked. The only thing that was good was the rice and beans. I spent about $70. Didn't live up to the first time I ate here. And the funny thing is I asked the lady if the per niel was fresh and she told me yes. The chicken didn't have a good seasoning. If you really want a well seasoned chicken, go to mi casa restaurant on Jamaica Ave. This is not to say that everything they make is great, but when the chicken is cooked properly and seasoned how they season it, there is not another chicken that tastes like that. Closest was some place on Fordham Rd. 20 years ago. Will not be ordering...

This is by far the worst Dominican food I have ever had!!! I don't even know where to start. My husband ordered carne guisada(beef stew) with yellow rice and I ordered roast pork with rice and beans. The yellow rice was rotten. We ordered take out and as soon as I opened the bag , I could smell something like sour milk. Just writing about now is making me want to gag. The beef in the stew was sliced thin not in chunks and it had a lot of fat on it. There were no potatoes in the beef stew either. The roast pork was super dry and fatty. It looked like it had been fried. I had to throw out all the food. Please don't go to this restaurant. You will be wasting your money or...
