I was eating there the other day and there is a Mexican lady there who works the night shifts. (About 4,11, black hair tied up, black shoes, black jeans, looks about in her early 40’s) She doesn’t give out the FOOD TICKET numbers to the customers and then tells US we didn’t take it. We ordered twice and both times she only gave me my credit card receipt and merchant copy. NEVER THE TICKETS! And then she gets upset saying “Yo les doy ticket a todos.” Meaning she gives everyone tickets. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I understand she has phone calls and Uber Eats orders to take care of as well, but she also IGNORES IN PERSON customers to pick up ANOTHER phone call. She needs to organize herself better or otherwise she’s just not qualified and I can make this judgement because I am in the restaurant business. Then she gave my girlfriend a 3 second stare when we ordered again “To-Go” and we told her we weren’t given any ticket. Her co-worker was more nice but this lady has an attitude and I’m never returning. PONTE...
Read moreFood is good. Service not at all. We have order twice already and both times the food wasn't how I ordered. This time we decided to call and let them know. The lady who DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO WORK, said that they will send the new order. when the guy came we supposed to give back the wrong order ( we didn't know this) and we actually threw it away, because im allergic. And because we couldn't give them the food back they didn't give me the correct order SO I DIDN'T EAT and I payed for it. I called back, there wasn't any manager available so I spoke with the lady and her answer was " oh bueno ok ". She didn't care about what I was saying. She only said THAT THE OWNER doesn't trust the costumer so they have to take pictures of the wrong plate and the order for them to prove that it was actually a mistake from their part.
Someone please tell the owner that this is crazy and shouldn't be this...
Read moreThis is one of my favorite places to order for dinner or lunch. Normally there almost on time and most of the time earlier than the time estimate.
Most of the time these are my go-to go plate:
Al Pastor Taco: Grilled diced pork marinated in our special blend sauce cooked with onions and chopped pineapples. One of my favorite tacos brings a lot of pork and is very tender very bueno a good option to have.
Enchilada taco: spicy pork. Grilled, diced pork marinated with a special blend of sauces. Pretty decent, good taste, and a good amount of meat.
La Torta Norteña : steak, bacon with Mexican chesses. Served with tomato, onions, avocado mayonnaise, jalapenos, and re-fried beans. For me no habichuelas por favor. The portion of the torta or sandwich is very generous and comes with a lot of steak and cheese and the jalapenos make it a perfect Torta with a great and delicious taste...
