On 9/22-2025 about 7.30 pm before boarding my flight I decided to stop at this restaurant to have dinner,after sitting a male staff said i should scan the barcode to place my order, I tryed several times Another patron told me I can scan hers it just wasn’t working for me .i went back to the front and told a staff, while she’s tell me to turn on my WiFi and connect to airport WiFi anther worker from the back ask where is she sitting the staff didn’t answer I’m following her steps I said she’s helping me to login . After trying and it still didn’t work the worker when to the same worker to take my order I watch this employee in real time said no she’s not serving me . The lady told me to speak to another staff who ask who the person was and he could care less allowing me to walk away . I was leaving and gave her the middle finger when an airport employee saw and asked what happened I explained I said I’ll go to the restaurant lower down he said go and make a complain … ask for the manager the same gentleman gave some fake information and only then he offered to fix the problem and became worried if I made a complaint it will reflect badly on him . When it’s not your business place some staff careless. Every patriot that stop at your business should be treated with respect and professional Customer Service not just by race. your company has invested a great deal into his or her business to ensure profitability return.as another business owner Payroll it’s cheap yet employees don’t care. I when to a restaurant lower down I had a way better experience great customer service and the staff are very professional , helpful and friendly. Because I didn’t trust is information i took her photo. ….Suggestion The first point of entry should be friendly she wasn’t rude but wasn’t welcoming. Your business needs an undercover visit to observe your staff add training our changes . 14 bux for nachos that were not as described and served in a manner that left me scratching my head. Did I eat it? Heck yeah. It was the end of the work day, my flight was intermittently delayed and it was the closest thing to my gate.
First off, the staff don’t give a fudge. THEY DONT GIVE A FUDGE you hear me? The person taking the order kept looking and responding on his phone between syllables. When the order was ready I had to call his attention to it.
Now let’s talk about the nachos. They say three cheese blend….. where!!!!! The goop they served came straight out of a jar and I’m sure it was the lowest grade possible. Warm chips? I watched the man take chips with his gloved hand out of a canister on the counter. I could have sworn they would heat them up or something, the menu said warm chips! NOPE didn’t care to do that.
The chips was cold and blah. The textural integrity as well as the flavor took a blow but just serving them out of the bag. Yes I said out of the bag because I watched them empty two bags into the bin in front of me, and then serve them to someone else without heating them. One of the kitchen staff even dropped some of the chips on the floor and LEFT THEM THERE! When The “Chef” came to the front, he stepped all over them and still no one picked them up.
The “Chef” asked if they’re (the kitchen staff) doing well and I answered for them like “NOPE.”
I knew it was going to be horrible but I punished myself anyway gobbling down whatever I could before my flight.
The toppings weren’t even distributed evenly. And the pico de gallo? More like pico de invisible because they barely put any one.

I would rather not complain about the length of time it takes for two orders of eggs only. But NOT GOOD! The staff is not attentive AT ALL and questions customers attitudes. Our flight was late so we decided to board. I simply asked why no one welcomed, noticed, directed, offered assistance to me? The female cashier is having conversations with the cook who’s VERY slow and methodical. No one has a sense of URGENCY or regard for customer service or boarding passengers. Why? Why not? My family's career was in Food Services and the Food from “Revolucion”was not good. They were disappointed and got sick! Our sides were already sitting out for the entire time at least 25 of the 30 minutes that we waited. The potatoes were dried over cooked as was the cold sides. Then the cashier decided that I was rude because I questioned her professionalism. I don’t know how to be rude. People from the back came out expecting a confrontation or further attitude. Why? Are they family members? Gangs who needed to get their act together? Other customers came to the same not knowing how the best way to order by card or cash. No one welcomed them either. Lastly, the flight crew was well respected! It appears that the people of color was not well served…from the people of color! Asian woman and another African American man was not treated well as I witnessed. Quality of food SUCKS!
