If I could write zero stars I would. My whole experience was horrible and even traumatizing. My 75 year old mother and I went there at about 6am because we needed to pick up a family member at JFK. We went to fill up gas and she she was hungry so it was the only place open near the gas station. We went in and bought food. My mom needed to use the bathroom and we asked the man there is she could you use the bathroom. He said it was closed. My mom tried to hold it but she is 75 years old and has medical issues. She went to beg him. She literally begged him and he said no that it was closed and that they don't open it until 7am. Also, there was another bathroom there that was open but it said employees only. My mom continued to beg him and he started raising his voice to her and said no. At this point, I went to him and asked him for a refund. Not only because of his lack of empathy but also because the sandwich looked horrible. The bacon looked like it was really old. For a Bacon egg and cheese and an egg and cheese he charged me $14.15. He started raising his voice at me and told me that no he couldn't give me a refund. I told him that the food was horrible and I needed to bring my mom to a place with a bathroom. He told me "you didn't come here for bathroom you came here for food." I told him that the food looked horrible too. He then lied to me and said that he couldn't give me the refund because he didn't have access. When I told him that I was going to write this review. All of a sudden the computer worked and he gave me a refund. At this point I was so upset that I didn't count the money. I counted it when I got to the car and he gave me $1 less! He stole from me. When he was lying and saying that he didn't have access to give me the refund he also told me that "I know you and your mom. You will never be allowed here again. I know you. I thought you were nice." I told him I don't need to come here I don't even come here. That part traumatized me. How does he know me? "I thought you were nice." what does that mean? I felt harassed. The experience was horrible. A manipulator and liar should not work there. If the owners could return me my money I would appreciate it. It's not the amount but the principal of it. Overall...

After waiting for over an hour past the estimated delivery time, I called the restaurant to inquire about my order. The person who answered was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. They offered no apology or explanation, simply stating that they were "busy" and I should "just wait."An hour later, still no food. I called again, and this time the staff member was even more disrespectful, raising their voice and blaming me for not understanding their busy schedule then said they didn't deliver at all!!! I was confused so, I said ok. Then I ordered the pie. She said "no, I can't sell you the pie because of your review you left ". Huh... what review what comment I thought.
