Mamma Mia Pizzeria & Cucina — Restaurant in New York

The customer service is very poor. The guy over the counter can’t even look in my eyes. They were chatting in this little space with a few chairs & tables.I can’t call it a restaurant. When I entered in the store , I said hello and non of them responded. I asked for my order and a heavy set guy at standing over the counter couldn’t even remember the name I gave when I ordered over the phone. The guy in the kitchen told him what the order was. The only words he spoke to me was how was I paying and the money. After I gave him the money he turned his face down and didn’t say nothing to me. He just left the pizza on the counter and I had to ask him if that was my pizza and he said yes without looking at me. There was another heavy set female sitting down and as soon as I entered she turned her face and I knew it is all jealousy and hate. If you want your business to prosper you don’t discriminate who entered your store because it is the customer that let you stay in business. The guy that was at the counter today was very unprofessional and narrow minded. I will spend a dime if my hard earn money at this pizzeria anymore. My experience there today...

Order from them regularly. Tonight ordered my usual pie and chicken roll with no sauce (my son won’t eat it otherwise). Delivery driver drops it and says it has sauce. 🤔🤔 I call the store. They tell me “We didn’t have chicken cutlet” meanwhile someone yelling in background “tell her we only make it one way.” Asked if they can make me one. They tell me no. Call slice and refund it. 🙄

Understand supply chain issues but a simple phone call letting me know they can’t make it, don’t have what they need to make it etc would have sufficed. But no, they send an item you clearly didn’t order and basically tell you to deal with it.

Placed and order and they never delivered it. Called to check on it and they said it should be there any minute. Never came called again and they lied saying the driver has been outside calling , never once received any call. Horrible service. Owner responds lying saying the driver was knocking on the door, we were home waiting for the delivery no one knocked or called once. Also I have a doorbell why would a delivery driver not ring my doorbell ???
