Ruane's Deli — Restaurant in New York

The lady behind the The counter at the store was running both the deli and the cash register which I understand is rough. But I’m sorry that’s no excuse to be rude to customers who have been waiting for 20 minutes with three people in there while she’s complaining there’s a whole bunch of people I waited I made sure to wait till all four people left and then some old lady but he comes in and she starts having conversation her about her life not about food not about her job while I was waiting. I’m sorry you’re understaffed but you need professional about it. And no reason to be rude especially when I was nothing but nice and I asked politely like I’m sorry you’re stressed but there’s no reason to bite my head off because I was polite I could’ve been way worse and I have been way worse...

In general is a good small deli but with a lot of things and snacks too! Cashier ladies are very polite, good vibes around. I wish they didn't close that early though and I'd love to live at this small but beautiful neighborhood , hopefully one day someone gives me a house around here, lol In...

This place is dirty the cook touches the food with no gloves, I even got food poisoning from there. Half the stuff is expired on the shelves the workers look dirty and messy. Not a very...
