Rudy's deli — Restaurant in New York

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been ordering from Rudy's for about 2 years now. My co- workers and i spend about 80$ per week. NEVER AGAIN! This morning I called in to place an order like usual and ordered 4 chicken pastelillos 4 cheese pastelillos, 3 small soup, a small coffee, small hot chocolate and a postobon. When the order arrived, they only sent & charge me for 2 Pastelillos. I called back thinking it was a mistake and let the girl know that i was missing 6 she said "well i didn't charge you". I asked her to please send the 6 remaining 3 chicken & 3 Cheese. When the nice delivery man comes i give him 10$ and her returns 7$, i asked why 3$ since i ordered 6 patelillos. and he said to call back because they only sent two. When i called back the girl was very nasty. My co worker got on the line and told her to just send the other pastelillos because she had clearly heard me when i called both time. The girl hung up the phone on her. i called back and she hung the phone on me. I called the other number, because i knew the guy would answer and explained to him the situation and how upset i was, and the girl took the phone from him and said, "what is it that you want to order because i don't have time for this" i told the girl, that is very disappointing with the way they treated me and the girl said "so". I did go around and explained the situation to the rest of the people who order at my job and they will no longer buy from them. So...

First time ordering from this place, on their menu they have mangu 2 golpes which comes with 2 of the following: (salami, cheese, eggs) and mangu 3 golpes which comes with all 3 and its additional $, I selected the 3 golpes and requested that they omit the salami since I don't eat meat and give me more cheese instead. These people had the audacity to charge me $5 for "extra cheese" without my knowledge mind you I paid for an extra side. I understand that you're trying to upsell but there is a fine line between upselling and ripping people off and stealing from them! When I called I spoke to a young sounding man who lied to my face and said he only up charged me $1 l when I'm looking at the transaction on my phone, it's not really about $1 or $5 it's about the principal, you just do not charge people for things they already paid for!! I will never order from them again, there are plenty of places to get mangu from...

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I ordered a pernil sandwich and what i got was bread with lettuce and tomato in it barely any pernil. i looked at my receipt to see how much i was charged for this and it was a full hot plate charge. i called to complain and the lady then said my sandwich lady said she stuffed it so i dont know who to believe... Maybe the customer? i then wanted to order a different order and they made every excuse not to deliver it. THE WORST. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE...
