Singas Famous Pizza — Restaurant in New York

The last 2 weeks they got my order wrong twice. And truly I did not mind because I’ve been coming here for a long time and people make mistakes and that’s okay. But my issue came today when I ordered 3 pies with their special “buy 2 get 1 free” and they charged me for 3 pies accidentally. Like I said before, it’s fine if they make a mistake, I just wanted my refund for the third pie, but he was SOOOOOOOO RUDE about it. He tried to tell me that I didn’t ask for the promo discount when I called. Isn’t it YOUR promo??? 😭 they are straight up scamming. Wdym I have to ask for the price that’s put up on the window in big letters or else you’re going to charge me full price?? 🤨🤨 I wouldn’t have minded if he just gave me my refund and went about my day, but he was so rude, after the many times I didn’t say anything disrespectful to him about getting my order wrong. A little on the expensive side, but pretty good. The "kick fries with onions and jalapenos" was a huge waste of money though.It was over $5 to get a few fries that were sprinkled over with the smallest pieces of onions and jalapenos ever. There was no adherence to the fries at all and it looked like it was just tossed together.

The fries themselves were good though. I just don't see why anybody would pay extra for the "kick fries". Pretty much no flavor boost whatsoever.

My pepperoni pizza was great though- but again, the prices could be better than...

When you order through seamless these guys actively withhold things like drinks from the delivery and then accuse the delivery person of stealing. Nonetheless once you’ve been charged they cannot refund you. I’m certain they get away with this regularly and are therefore skimming and profiteering with this scam. Otherwise Singas franchises are good, I would just avoid patronizing this location. They are thieves of dumb stuff like fries and soda for sure. And will throw the delivery guys...
