City Jeans — Local services in New York

I wouldn’t call City Jeans a retailer so much as I’d call it a criminal organization, since they’ve recently stolen from me. I ordered two pairs of sandals. I received one. I emailed to point this out and received a response reflecting skepticism in my statement from an employee named Candy who informed me that they’d need to review the surveillance footage from when my order was processed. I pointed out to Candy that the order they shipped weighed half of what the two pairs of sandals weigh per the sandal manufacturer’s website and USPS. Left with no further plausible way to deny my original claim, Candy assured me the second pair of sandals was shipping imminently.

I never received another shipment from City Jeans nor any further communication from Candy. My credit card company will now reverse the charges and all I’ll have lost is my time, but imagine how often these crooks are stealing people’s money. There’s a reason you won’t find a functional, phone number on City Jeans’ website (rings to a personal voicemail that hasn’t been setup). Read the other reviews. I ordered 2 pairs of UGG slippers from this company. The stitching on one of the pairs came completely undone, exposing the foam, after only wearing them for 3 weeks. I contacted this company and they wanted me to send pictures of all angles of the shoe. I did so.They then said that those were not the UGG slippers that I purchased from them, stating that it had "significant" wear and tear. They were accusing me of lying, then denied that they ever said that when I have the transcripts of all of our written communication. THEN they said that they only accepted returns for new and unused products. This shoe is clearly defective. They don't care. BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I truly hope that Amazon pulls their privilege...

The other day i went to city jeans premium in junction blvd and the service there was great the workers are amazing and very helpful.The manager madjie always makes the customers happy at the end of the day with the best deals he can give. The store is beautiful and as well the way it smells makes customers want to come more and more often. Overall the service there is great and i recommend people to shop there they carry everything...
