I visited this Starbucks on July 1st at 9:36 PM through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The young male employee taking orders had a very unprofessional and disrespectful tone. He was speaking in a way that came across as extremely casual, almost “ghetto,” which is not the standard of communication you expect from a brand like Starbucks. What’s worse is that when we asked for his name, he told us it was “Frank,” which we later found out was likely false. I checked other recent reviews and, to my surprise, saw similar complaints about the same employee and his poor attitude. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident. This Starbucks used to be one of the best locations around, but unfortunately, the service quality has gone downhill — and it shows. The star rating has dropped compared to last year, and it’s not hard to see why when you encounter staff like this. If the evening shift can’t be managed with trained and respectful employees, perhaps the business hours should be reconsidered. Read moreWhen to get a cinnamon latte today, the place was empty. I ordered a grande latte, and changed my mind 10 second after order. Changed to venti size, the staff said it’s ok, paid for the difference. 2 mins later, they made a grande size. I said I’m sorry, I changed to venti. She said “I’m not making your drink again, the other staff can do it”. I was like ok. The other girl made my drink after she rubbed her nose with her fingers. Gross! And I ask does this have cinnamon in it. She said no. And walk away. And I asked for straw, she literally threw the straw at the counter and walked away and totally ignored me.
This is not the first time, similar service happened to me before at this branch! Extremely bad attitude. Looks like everyone is tired and wants to go home. Very low energy. I feel regret keeps coming back to this store, it’s just because it’s close to my work. I didn’t just pay $7 for your coffee! Please have your employee trained and treat your customers like human.
