Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

Arrived at 4:10 pm dated 08/19/2022. Ordered hot caramel macchiato & hot Almond croissant. After usual wait time my order came up with Cold caramel macchiato. I mentioned to the handing over person that I didn’t ordered this one, but still I can get both drinks as you guys are going to spill the extra stuff anyways because it was in hand for sometime. After some awkward face the lady said yes & than intentionally forgot my actual order. After ten minutes of complete ignorance…I gave them cold macchiato drink back and told them to just give my actual order. The point I want to make is “Starbucks “is corporate outlet and these kind of miser behavior doesn’t suit the brand name. While leaving the store staff complemented me of being rude & honestly I had a likewise experience from their service. Awful experience and super incapable & in-courteous staff. I could write more about their rudeness but often it has happened in many other Starbucks store ( if they make a mistake in the order, they happily offer you the wrong...

Service is not consistent. It really depends on who is working behind the counter. First, 5 people are waiting a mum to purchase some pastry and cookies for her daughter, then a teenager formed another line at the other end by mistake, the guy behind the register told the rest of us should form the line behind the girl. That's not the worst, the worst is his ordering tone. He sounds like a commander giving instructions. Second, I ordered Frappuccino without whip cream, but barista made a mistake by putting whip cream on top. Then the same guy came over again and said that some customers did not make request clearly and it becomes their baristas' mistakes after all, he then turned to the cashier and spoke loud in front of me that can he double check the special request clearly. Horrible experience. Went inside to buy an iced coffee. Went to the bathroom first. While waiting for the bathroom i was attacked by a store employee for knocking on the door. Im guessing they dont like people ising there bathroom although i been drinking starbucks for years. I hope it had nothing to do with my skin color because that would really be horrible. I love starbucks and really hope thats not the case. I was then attacked by the store manager upon exiting the store. There was no reason for this interaction. He claims he heard an altercation between bis employee and i when in fact his employee attacked me. I do not recommend anyone go to this starbucks. They are rude and prejudice and full...
